Im tired of the short versions.. i mean it's a great system; cause this way, buying the actual DVD means something ^_^; but still.. they're too short to really make sense of the PV~

its more like "teaser version" XD good strategy to make ppl buy dvd version :3

Fans will buy it one way or another, the rest of the people prolly won't care enough to buy the DVD so yeah. It's pointless no matter how you look at it.

I think we get short version because the album will be release in one week. If the pv'll be shoot a long time ago we'll have the full version. But this year Ayu did all of her pv near the release date.

These short versions are like a slap in the face.

A PV is not a movie. It's a freakin PV, and the only people who REALLY care to see it are going to buy it anyway.

There are most likely only a handful of people who are going to be like "OHH THAT LOOKS SO AWESOME IM GOING TO BUY IT NOW! BECAUSE I ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE IT FOR MYSELF!"

And normal people aren't even going to care. They're gonna be like "oh okay new ayu song, oh that's what she looks like...okay...whatever" *changes channel*

They aren't even going to care that it's a short version or the full version, cause they don't care in the first place...and if they do, they can just see the full version a little while later or on youtube or something.

the short versions are annoying, but it's smart. I doubt they'll go back to the way that earns them less money. looking forward to seeing part of it!

I agree. Short versions actually decrease my expectations lol!! When I watched the short ver of MOON, I was just so turned off because nothing was happening and it looked so boring!! :eviltongu

I think short versions were inspired by YouTube somehow. After You were... / BALLAD were put up in full, they seemed to have some change of marketing at that point where everything was a short version and even replaced every single full PV they had in Ayu's channel with a short one.

I don't really get why they air short versions when they just air the full ones later anyway, but eh. It's not like it even matters to them since we're downloading the files anyway and not paying for SSTV/M-ON/whatever, haha.

short versions turned me off also. I lost all my wishes to watch it again in full. They didnt get an affect they were aiming for.

I don't give a crap about the short versions. I'm not a PV person anyway and I can barely force myself to watch through an entire one. Besides, nothing happened in the Moon or Crossroad ones so it's not like the extra minutes add anything XD

Nah, just kidding, sucks for the people who care.

It's hard to boycott things when they're free to air lol. But I'll not be watching those. Unlike songs, I can live without the PVs till my album arrives.

If you mean "not download" people are probably just going to wait for the full versions if they don't like these short ones, but seeing as how people can't seem to stay away from previews, I don't think anyone will be able to resist even though they do hate this concept of short versions, haha. I don't really mind it since the wait isn't that bad.

I think most people who do see the short versions want to see the full thing afterward though. I mean it's always "I want the full one to come out faster~~~" for Japanese fans, haha.

I generally do NOT watch PVs most of the time, unless I feel to (and sorry Ayu, you're on my caselist of "I don't see your PVs very much" compared to miwa...)

True, I watch PVs once, when I receive my single/album, then I put them nicely on my shelf and seldom touch them again. I'm just too lazy to dig out my DVDs lol!! :innocent
