Dream ON PV thoughts
Ayu is actually dancing and not just standing there. :laugh i liked it!
thoughts? |
my thoughts were: wheretf is the CD rip ;_;...
other than that, I thought it was fierce *_* |
it was okay... could have done so much more, i think if someone from koda kumi's production team produced the PV it might have been epic cuz it seems like a style she is good at.
|
I like it, something different from what she has done before
|
I thought it was alright. It's was just nice seeing Ayu in a video with someone else for a change. ^^
...it's just too bad he's as ugly as SIN (yeah...FFX reference). |
I dislike it. The mouthing is bad, the choreography really isn't that impressive, and it just wasn't convincing to me. But then again, Naoya was fine. I think it just doesn't suit Ayu.
And, they should have filmed it in Japan and had TA and AAA fanclub members as the people watching. The extras they used were so uninterested, it was pathetic. :( They were just like "Woo... hands in the air... woo... I don't know Japanese...and who are these people?" |

Second hand embarrassment for Ayu. |
This video is hillarious. I really hope Zin isn't trying to be serious because he looks like a goof ball and had me cracking up. HE'Z SO HARD GUIZ!!!!
|
tbh I liked it better than any of the Love songs PVs :laugh Ayu was fiiiiine and fierce.
|
it's okay, kinda boring if you ask me, the scene doesn't change.
the song just keeps reminds me Kuu. |
I think it's an ok pv. I've watched it two times so far, and it kept my attention for about the first half, but then after that....
I like that Ayu tried something new, and think she looked fierce in the video, but all the fake punches dancing didn't really do it for me. Maybe after watching it a few more times it'll start to grow on me a little more. |
It was boring. Too fast even to make a good screncaps lol
They were like.. "dancing"? That was pretty random "almost dancing" for me. |
Nothing special. But its not her video, so she's forgiven.
|
I don't like the camera work, it's too distracting, little close ups, IMO 'making of' is far more interesting, in the studio I could really appreciate the dance and Ayu's hard work, it looks really good. But the PV is nice in general, it's just that I feel it could be far (x10) more better.
'No make up Ayu' looks so tired :3 Spoiler:
And even Max was there, I had no idea :) And ZIN has Ayu T-Shirt with Nude session photo :D |
Cute, but disappointing.
I was hoping for a real dance routine from ayu. |
i don't love it as much as i did, its a little boring in full.
but you know, everyone hates on ayu's dance moves, but i think naoya's are far worse, especially towards the end. |
I like it!!
And woah Ayu got KOed!!!! |
*yawn*
|
I, for one, thought this PV was tons of fun and so energetic. From the Love songs PVs I've seen (blossom, MOON, crossroad, Virgin Road, Sweet Season), they're cute but they can't compare to the energy of Dream ON. Plus some of them are complete downers hahaa.
Seriously though, we rarely get to see that fierce side of Ayu and I adore every inch of it. Lately she's been doing up the feminine, pretty thing, and that works for her just fine, but this stronger, somewhat rougher image is sexy as hell. And she managed to be sexy without being skanky, which in pop music, is HARD. My hat's off to her. And Urata Naoya reminds me of Mike Shinoda of Linkin Park in this for some reason. Clean cut but still doing the R&B thing and acting tough. It's awesome... and him being fine doesn't hurt at all. As a side note - OMG AYU'S HAIR IS GOING EVERYWHERE AAAAAAHHHHHHH. XD |
she should chop her hair to make it looked cooler. dancing was horrible. other than that Ok

Dream ON PV..finally we got to see Ayu dance again..even though it's still hard to see ayu's dance coz the way of the camera moving is so annoying!
i think the PV is okayy..i like the dark color throughout the scenes.. ^ woahh Max matsuura was in LA to see them ?? wowww!!! |
Oh wow, harsh critics!
You all have no sense of humor. I was laughing my ass off the whole time! :laugh Very entertaining lol. :P |
I loved it! hahaha...My eyes were fixed on Ayu the whole time..she looked great hahaha...and im getting used to her voice in the song..love the "HAH"

agreed! and also, dancing AND fake punching made me go WTF o.0;; then rolling on the floor laughing after they knock each other out... makes no sense whatsoever! XD they should have left out the punches! :p |

I liked it quite a bit, even though it was all the same scene they continued to make it interesting as the PV progressed. I'm happy to see that Ayu is supporting a new upcoming musician though Ayu sang so much I think it would have been better if it was feat. Urata instead. I also feel thats a more appropriate way to introduce a new singer is have the senior singer be the singer and the newbie as the feat. Because it looks very arrogant to introduce someone new and say Urata Naoya!!! feat. (super big pop star) Ayumi Hamasaki.
|
I wasn't expecting too much in this PV. It wasn't the greatest nor the worst. I was kind of confused, but I overall found it delightful and funny. I would give the PV 6.5/10 stars, and the song 8.5/10 stars~
|
I don't like it. Hip-Hop-Ayu looks not good. The dancing is.. weird. NO.. not mine.
|
i got the idea of the pv, but it was pretty boring and the dance was weird~ i'll probably give it a C- or so. =.=
but God, ayu looks so much younger w/o make-up in the making clip (or little make-up, i don't know). it was as if the ayu from 2000 was back ^^ |
The PV looks great even though it's just Ayu and Naoya compete in dancing in the ring. They both look fierce!!! But i find it funny that Dream ON is a song that Naoya is the main singer and it only "features" ayu. But ayu seem to get more of the limelight =x
ayu really gave it her all for this PV from how she practiced her dance steps.. I love it! |
Ok, so I watched the 'making of' today and really liked it. I've watched the pv several more times as well, and it has really grown in me a lot! Now I actually really like the video. Both Ayu and Naoya did a really great job (as well as Zin and Aki)! I think watching the 'making of' made me appreciate the choreograpy more. The only thing that really bugs me now is the rapidly changing camera angles...

This PV is very very boring. The beginning is great, but then it gets boring and repetitive.
|
omigosh I finally watched the full version and Ayu is so fierce but that Naoya is sssooooopo0oooo0000000oooooo HORRIBLE!!!! He has no charisma or prescence! He's so awkward and his costume was sooooooooo blah. He should have been wearing something like ZIN. He was so not likable to watch. He should have been B.A. like Ayu!
|
I didn't like it much, but I've been sining the song for 2 days in a row already :)
|
I don't like it, it felt like watching kids have some fun on a playground, but I laughed a bit, so I guess it's done its job xD
|
nice definitely

You don't have to agree or understand me, that's just what I mean by it. It's not that I think it's a terrible thing, I just think it's a bit unethical. |
it bored the hell out of me, but well, Love Songs got such awesome PVs I couldn't care less for this one :)
|
I thought it was kinda stupid at first but after seeing how hard ayu worked in the making of, I started to like it

Meh, nothing special :shrug.
But it's funny because they were like 'look at me I'll break your face with my gangsta dancin'! I'm so gangsta yo' and then Ayu looks awkward but cute as well :3 lol. |
