Oh this is definitely in America. xD Probably some steakhouse in Vegas or LA.
That steak is HUGE! It could probably be cut up and shared with her and all of her staff, (besides the Glutton King, Sugi), and they would STILL have some left over! haha
It is so nice to have a message from her after all this Ayu and Mannie "drama" that is so refreshing, cute and funny.
