I love how everyone else is commenting on how hot Sugi is, and I'm just sitting here like "Mmmm... ramen..."

Haha no really, I've always wanted to try real Japanese ramen. It's super-slow cooked and if made right, takes days to make. The broth is what's so tricky but it looks deliciouuusss.
