Kuroki Meisa to become an eye-witness for “Andalucia”

Not too long ago it was announced that actor Ito Hideaki would team up with Oda Yuji for the second movie centered around diplomat Kuroda Kosaku, “Andalucia: Megami No Hofuku“. Today it has been revealed that singer and actress Kuroki Meisa is going to appear in this new exciting mystery thriller as well.

This time the movie is going to be set in Spain and will once again feature Oda as diplomat Kuroda Kosaku chasing international criminals that killed a Japanese investor. Kuroki is going to play an important key role film, by being a stoic elite banker and only eye-witness of the murder. Kuroda and an Interpol agent (Ito) are pressed to find out the truth behind the murder, but things are going against them as the murderers constantly try to get rid of the eye-witness. Kuroki is also going to speak a few lines in Spanish for her role.

It’s her first time working together with Oda, but she has been a fan of him since her childhood. “I’m very excited that I will be able to work together with him,” she commented, “And I really want to do my best.”

The filming already began in January and will be done in Barcelona, Andalucia and Japan.

“Andalucia: Megami No Hofuku” is scheduled to open in cinemas on June 25th.

Kuroki has a new CM for Lipton !

Lipton’s new commercial starring Kuroki Meisa has recently been revealed. The commercial advertises Lipton’s Limone C tea, which has the tagline, “Delicious, and also a whole day’s worth of Vitamin C.”

The commercial features Meisa running through a crowded airport with her bottle of Limone C, attempting to make it to the check-in counter on time. Not only does she make it, she receives a surprise upgrade, and is able to relax with her tea in first class.

What's the likelihood that the PV will be on her next album? I really like the song and want to buy the single but whether I buy the CD only or CD+DVD is dependent on if the PV will be on the album.

^ MAGAZINE included all the PVs she's ever made, so i think it's safe to assume the PV will be on her next album. if the song will be on it, why not the PV? the single is gonna be part of her next album, anyway. :P i'd hope meisa is done with the mini-albums for good, lol. you just get more material in an album.

I also hope that her next album release will not be a mini album man

I still remember when ATTITUDE was released , I was annoyed that SHOCK -Unmei- wasn't included in the tracklist , so there was this uncertainty looming around

but I was glad that all the singles she released made the cut in MAGAZINE & that goes for the PVs too

Thanks for letting me know! I went ahead and preordered the CD only version since the likelihood of the PV being on her next album is a safe assumption to make. There were only 6 first press editions left in stock at the time I ordered on CDJ so I was able to get it just in time. This is my first time purchasing one of her CDs and I'm hoping that this single is a great indication that her next album will be really nice.

I agree. It should definetely be that way because it would certainly save us a lot of money by not having to purchase the CD+DVD edition of the singles if all of the PVs will be on the album. I also prefer full albums to mini albums so I hope she doesn't release any more mini albums either.

I love how she's incorporating her Brazilian side in this song! It sounds great and she looks gorgeous in the CM! The PV should be really beautiful!

honestly to me , I felt it was a bit un-necessary to consolidate the PVs she made for hellcat & ATTITUDE in the DVD tracklist of MAGAZINE

especially to me because I have both her mini albums in CD + DVD's so I don't know I feel quite cheated somehow haha

I just have 1 question though - does her MAGAZINE album contain songs that were from her previous singles/mini-albums, or were there "exclusive" songs from her singles/mini-albums that are not on the MAGAZINE album?
