What artists/bands have you seen live?

Just wondering what artists/bands have you seen live. Which concert was the best? Which artist/band do you want to see live?

my list is:

Madonna
Dir en grey
Bob Dylan
Muse
Kylie Minogue
Blur
Crystlal Castles (2 times:P)
Foals
Iggy Pop
Paul Oakenfold
Paul Van Dyk
David Guetta
Digitalism
Roger Waters (Pink Floyd's guitarist)
Mark Knopfler (Dire Straits' guitarist)
Xiu Xiu
Ladytron
Client
The Radio Dept.
Rubies
Passion Pit
Tesla Boy
Bondage Fairies
Grum
Soulwax
The Twelves
Tiga
Diplo
Flying Lotus

and lots of russian bands like Zemfira

the best gig was actually a free open-air concert of Roger Waters. I loved the atmosphere there, when a lot of people, old fans of Pink Floyd came and how we all, young teens and old guys, were united by magical music. That was really awesome. Kind of it I've experienced at Blur's reunion concert, but that was different, because I was in London and felt so much like an alien :D

I'd love to see X JAPAN live and ayu of course.

Share here with yours please :love

Sorry, if thread like this existed before.

Major artists and bands:
U2 (dream come true) and Lady Gaga. U2's concert was absolutely amazing, one of the best nights of my live. And Lady Gaga's was also really good.
I'm planning to see live Beyoncé, Madonna and U2 again next year, but who knows. And I hope to go to Cyndi Lauper's concert this July 25 but I don't have anybody to go with... :(
Btw, your list is AMAZING.

Bubbly 31st May 2011 08:40 PM

Really not many lol

Groove Coverage (they remixed vogue on the latest Ayu trance but I saw them many years ago)
Hangry & Angry
Jelly Beans

Of course I hope that one day I will see Ayu live, as well as AKB48 and Morning Musume. And I think Lady Gaga would be really cool also!

SURREAL__RAINBOW 31st May 2011 08:43 PM

Ayumi Hamasaki x 3 (2010)
Lady Gaga x 2 (2009, 2010)
Semi Precious Weapons (2010)
Beyoncé (2009)
The Pussycat Dolls (2009)
Jessica Mauboy (2009)
Flo Rida (2009)

I've seen others but they aren't as popular lol

Jessica Mauboy and Flo Rida were touring with Beyoncé, and Semi Precious Weapons with Lady Gaga in 2010 :) and in 2009 Lady Gaga was touring with The Pussycat Dolls :thud

My favorite ones ever would have to be the 3rd time I saw ayu, since I was super close to the stage! :D and Beyoncé's... Beyoncé is seriously born to be on stage! :yes

Going to see Kylie Minogue in the 16th of June!!! :D

Tom Punks 31st May 2011 08:45 PM

Girugamesh and D'espairsRay... that's all :(

pommy48 31st May 2011 09:09 PM

R_Hikki 31st May 2011 11:01 PM

Weezer - 2008
Reba McEntire - 2010

^ They were both absolutely amazing.

I haven't seen many but I'm also very picky about who I want to see live. The only other artists on my list to see live are Kylie Minogue and Namie Amuro.

YUKARI 22nd July 2011 05:15 AM

I've seen X JAPAN live in Paris at July 1st.

It was incredible. I still can't believe I've been there. I've even touched Yoshiki :heart :heart :heart

Now it's only Ayumi left. Gosh, I hope I'll see here next year ~.~

Kanzaki 22nd July 2011 03:50 PM

Except for going to Roskilde in 2000 and 2002 (which, I have to say has an AMAZING set list, year after year), not many at all. I've always wanted to see lots of bands/singers live, but I've never had the opportunities/time/money at the time I had the chances. I did see Nephew (very popular danish alternative rock group) live at Kägelbanan in Stockholm last April, which was amazing.

tokyoxjapanxfan 23rd July 2011 12:18 PM

Aerosmith

Gwen Stefani & The Black Eyed Peas

Hootie & The Blowfish (haha)

Ayu x 9 times
- NEXT LEVEL 2 times
- RnRC 4 times
- a-nation 2 times
- PoM 1 time

But tomorrow I'm going to the last PoM in Yoyogi. Plus I'm going to a-nation. So It'll be 11 times by the end of the summer.

TITANIC 23rd July 2011 01:11 PM

17th November 2009 - the Circus Starring Britney Spears
20th October 2010 - Glam Nation tour (Adam Lambert)
4th May 2011 - California Dreams tour (Katy Perry)
13th July 2011 - Lady Gaga appeared in Sydney Town Hall
thats all

MiiSan 30th July 2011 11:42 PM

Hmmm, not many, popular artists & bands rarely come here.
I saw P!nk back in 2007, Kylie Minogue in 2008 and Bon Jovi just 3 weeks ago.
I want to go to more since I love jumping and dancing and all at a concert XD

Taru86 30th July 2011 11:46 PM

So far I've only been able to see Lady Gaga live (July 17, 2010).

terra 1st August 2011 05:29 AM
