What happened to Leah Dizon?
 

I just realized I haven't heard about her for a while...her contract is still on? Last I heard she was divorcing Bun....any news?

well, she divorced bun, had a twitter, starred in some stage play...and there was actually news of new music being released this year. but that never happened. i think she's gonna pursue acting or something like that instead. who knows. :P

And I wanted to listen to her music *sigh*

That's so sad. She had a kid with him too :(

I really want new music though. We all know the girl can't sing but damn does she have some good albums.

Her homepage at Victor is still up so I imagine her contract with them must still be active. And even if she's not making music anymore, they will probably eventually release a best album of some sort just to close out her contract.

If they do, it'll likely include a lot of omake material since she's only got 6 singles and 2 studio albums. I'm hoping for stuff like outtakes, b-sides, and the "Step into my world" PV. :D

Didn't she move to New York recently?
Apparently she was a guest Octagon Girl for UFC 131 in Vancouver last Saturday.
I can't confirm if it was for sure, but a lot of people were talking about it.

Yeah she moved to the US with her daughter Mila if I remember well.

I don't really expect anything this year :(. I miss Leah horribly.

Wow I had no idea she divorced her husband :shakehead...I wonder what happened :(. Either way I wonder if she'll release any music soon...I'm guessing not.

I actually miss her as well. Her first album was a lot of fun. The second one... err...

^Yeah I just realized that, hahaha. It was posted on Jpopasia a couple of days ago, on the 17th of August 2011, so the link is recent. I find Jpopasia a reliable source (I don't think it' ever put up false information) but I think they may just be talking about her coming back into CMs and movies, which is disappointing. ): I really hope she makes more music.

Unfortunately, I was one of them. It was obvious it wouldnt work out for them. I also predicted a "fake" miscarriage but hey, we aren't all perfect.... :P

Anthough I too miss her a lot, I hear she had become far to unpopular a singer to continue with her career. But I had no idea she moved! Nor i did i know she was starting her career in acting. The new film looks weird, but I hope she does well as an actress atleast :)

I hope she proves to be a better actress than she was a singer because her voice never really was that strong. Not surprised that her career took such a hit after getting knocked up and hastily married, though it is upsetting. Good for her about the divorce, though -- if it doesn't work, it won't work. Hope she comes back with some great roles~
