Ayumi Hamasaki 3D Concerts in Singapore
 

Fans of celebrated Japanese singer-songwriter Ayumi Hamasaki will now be able to watch the megastar’s electrifying performance and showmanship right in the comfort of Golden Village cinema seats. Golden Village will screen Ayumi Hamasaki’s ARENA TOUR ~ NEXT LEVEL ~ and ROCK ‘N’ ROLL CIRCUS TOUR in 3D, exclusively at GV Marina and GV Grand from August onwards. GV Marina will screen Ayumi Hamasaki’s first full 3D digital concert ARENA TOUR ~ NEXT LEVEL ~ which was edited for theatre distribution in Japan in August 2010. This will be followed by the September’s screening of Ayumi Hamasaki’s ROCK ‘N’ ROLL CIRCUS TOUR at both GV Marina and GV Grand. Patrons will be able to view both the concert movies in MasterImage 3D and Dolby Digital 5.1 as if they are at the actual concert venue.

ARENA TOUR ~ NEXT LEVEL ~ will feature Ayumi’s various costume changes and colorful renditions of numerous megahits from the past and present. The concert was a spectacle that attracted some 300,000 fans to 35 shows in 12 cities nationwide over the span of 7 months from April to October 2009. Ayumi Hamasaki’s second 3D concert, ROCK ‘N’ ROLL CIRCUS TOUR documented the emotional final 7 days performance of the tour. Shot at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium in October 2010, fans will be able to feel the touching moments from those 7 days of performance. Fans in Singapore will be able to experience the megastar’s entertaining 3D concert together with regional supporters as the ROCK ‘N’ ROLL CIRCUS TOUR 3D concert movie will also be screening in cinemas across Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan in September 2011.

I work at a movie theater, independently owned. We have four movie houses, all of which are digital. The main and biggest house, #1, has a 3D screen (as does house #4). The first theater also has a blu ray player hooked up. I wonder if it is capable of playing 3D content. If so, I would definitely think about broadcasting this for my own private show in the movie theater I work at!

i just came back from the show. it's great to see ayu in big screen and 3d!
her vocal is great throughout the show :luv2

saw quite a few ppl wearing ayu's tour and HOPE tees. generally the audience were quite.... peaceful... everyone applauded even the show end :lech

looking forward for her RnR show in 3d, which i bet will be even better!

what an experience it was. it didnt feel like it was in-ur-face-3D but i definitely felt like I was there through some virtual camera and...the sound made me feel like I was there :D

Love the special ending after the credits :P everyone was so silent hehe. it felt really extraordinary.
