The sizes are unisex in Japan. If you have a relatively small build though, a small or medium would be fine. If you like your shirts a bit loose, go for a large.

The t-shirt design is really cute! Simple, but different. The phone strap's shale is also a little unexpected, but very appropriate. I can imagine how dangerous that would be, swinging on the end of my phone. ;)
