You got most of the part right! but there's somethings I thought I heard differently; I did cross-checked with some entries from Japanese fan blogs too (since their ears are better :laugh) and fixed some parts; hope you don't mind ;)

I made some little corrections.
I also wanted to write it correctly in Japanese but it would but since it will certainly differ from ayu's choice of kanji/hiragana let's wait for the official one.

My roommate wrote what he was able to hear in Japanese. He is Japanese, so there's a pretty high chance these are right haha. But still, of course, there could be mistakes. But it's pretty close. :)
