I definitely think he looks better in drag than as a boy. Except at CDL 11-12; there was only one queen on that stage!

Timmy's going to appear in the Shake It PV, it seems. (And in a really big red diaper-looking thing too) There's also the possibility he'll show up in the other ones as well.

No, there were images floating around when Timmy was in a red diaper-thing while in London. They were from when they did Shake It, so I assume that's the PV he's in.

A new PV was confirmed and she had castings for extras to star in it. I think filming might be done for it since it happened a few days ago? ("PV shooting is tomorrow" - on the morning of February 10th... probably when she went to bed that day, haha.) I wonder who directed it. I hope either Masashi Muto or Hideaki Sunaga!

Are all the new PVs directed by Masashi Muto again ? Or is there any other director ?

Masashi Muto was present for the London PVs, but the others (in the Middle East and Japan) we're not sure about who did what.

I wonder when we're going to know for which song this new pv was made.

Probably when they update the tracklists and add the cover jackets to the release information. I wish we had more hints, but oh well!

I didnt like the idea of him been in the BRILLANTE, and yet in another video... its just.... If you are composer stick to your job, you dont have to be a model or an actor and who knows what. Ayu really likes to over-use some things.

For once, I totally agree with you.

I believe Ayu chose him mainly because he was able to do backup vocals, compose, and perhaps even act in PVs. I think he'll probably eventually just compose with her. He mentioned at another forum that he did not do all the tracks and he does not sing in all of the ones he worked on.

However, it does feel a bit like overkill.

Totally agree. I hope it is just a phase and will be over soon. But this is the second album, so I'm not sure about it. Ayu sure feels comfortable with him. :shakehead

I don't mind him in BRILLIANTE at all as the PV works quite well with him. It's not a big deal really. With Ayu almost everything is a phase.

His participation on FIVE was very minimal though... one PV and one song. Though now, we've got at least two and a role in a new PV.

I hope that she uses Leslie for everything from now on though. One of the phases I hope never ends, haha.

I'm looking forward to hearing the other tracks Timmy composed!

I loved him in Brillante and I had a good rolling-off-chair time during CDL because of his make up, hair and face expressions, so I don't mind him although I prefer him in Brillante style, instead of the pink-blue hair disco-something-I-am-wearing-more-make-up-than-Ayu-and-Peco-together style.

I have yet to watch this CDL with Timmy. I'm scared to see it. I've heard that he looks like a fool.

Party Queen sounds nice so far but i hope the arrangement will be as awesome as Sexy Little Things or Sparkle.

All he did for Happening Here was sing that English rap section. It's originally a TRF track after all.

I think zero expectations is a bad way to put it. Maybe more like... expect the unexpected? Most often, the people who are the most disappointed are the ones who had a very precise vision of what they wanted and were completely caught off guard by what ended up being the final product.

I wouldn't say that I personally have 'zero expectations' for the album, but I certainly don't really have anything in mind that I want from the album. I'm just happy for new Ayu music.

I think he somehow took Go-mi's place during CDL, his imige / 'role' was similar to Gomi except that he was singing and not dancing.

As for the album expectation, I had very bad feeling about R 'n' R Circus after Sunrise / Sunset single and Ayu style back then and yet it became one of my favourite albums, the only song I removed from my mp4 is S/S.

So far I like Party Queen (song) and I don't like How beautiful you are (melody is ok, but there's sth about the chorus I don't like, maybe it's the english title line) but I don't think the rest of the songs will be similar to them, I think Ayu will surprise us again :)

I also tend to like ayumi's singles... it's the rest of the album that is up in the air for me...
HBYR is a really good single and I like Party Queen, live... so I'm looking forward to this album!

that would be so....western...one single before album, then album, then a couple of singles more, touring and...dead silence for 4 years? um... well if she had a vacation I wouldn't mind...

Ayu hasn't really done a main-recut single in a while (Secret was recut onto glitter/fated and the last ACTUAL recut, Daybreak, ended up getting her a #2 on the singles charts) so I doubt she would do that now.

I think she might do a summer single this year though just in time for the end of HOTEL Love songs.

This era is so confusing and perhaps unknown for all of us lol We don't know what's going to happen for the tour, since it's dragging on from the last album, and with no singles we don't know what to expect.

I hope if the album is actually good, it gets a proper tour, but not next year, sometime this year :shrug But most probably it'll end up becoming the CDL 12-13

I can see her making it into a mini 'tour' and slapping a lot of Party Queen's tracks onto the HOTEL Love songs setlist as she did that with FIVE and the very end of POWER of MUSIC.

She's really messed with her schedule though so I don't think anyone has any clear idea of what will be done. Having the Party Queen tour in 2013 is possible imo, but unlikely.

that would be pretty silly, because I'm sure the sales would be not great. Don't get me wrong, I wish they were, and I wish ayu could still release a single on the same day/right after an album with recut songs and remixes and such, but it just will probably never happen again.

I really think she might have two tours this year.... One for Love Songs and then another fall tour for party queen.

Of course she will be releasing singles too, hopefully to prepare for another album by the end of the year, much like loves songs, but it doesn't appear till 2013... her 15th anniversary!

Kinda dumb to assume how you're going to feel about a certain song/album when you haven't heard it yet. I know I won't be disappointed, in ayu's entire career, I've only ever been disappointed in Will, and the collabs. lol

honestly, same here. but i wont say disappointed. it's either, the song gets to me, or it doesnt. and even if it doesnt, its not a bad song that i dont like. just that, i'll listen to it less..

Well, variety is nice for sure... altho i'd never purchase three or four versions of everything. Anyway, probably i'm making a mistake here, but i do have high expectations for the album and i'm pretty sure i'll be satisified with the result :)
