So i was surfing youtube and came across these!




I just want to know peoples opinion on this and what they think is the order it should be.

By no means is this official or down through anybody, this is just two peoples opinion.

I for one dont agree with it at all.
Seriously... GUILTY is her number 1 album??? lol...
OKay, done.
And FIVE or Party Queen are not on this.

Whoever made these could have fit both videos into a three minute video if they hadn't played samples of almost every album track. :dead2 But, anyways...

I agree with some of their rankings and some I disagree with. I think placing GUILTY and Love songs high up in the rankings is good, but placing Duty in the bottom half is a mistake. Also, I don't think NEXT LEVEL should be so high up in the rankings.

This is mostly based on my personal preference, though. I don't know how I would rank the albums objectively.

I could never say I love an Ayu album THE MOST... it's like choosing your favourite child. It's weird.

I wanted to put GUILTY in Least Favoured, but then it just wouldn't fit. So, it gets its own category between somewhat and least... until (IF) I grow to love it.
If I somehow forgot something, it goes with Somewhat Favoured.

As for order.... the 4 sections I gave is the order.

It's tough to choose between Ayu's albums as which are my favorites but they are:

I really dont know how to list the albums... I ust know A Song for XX and GUILTY would be at the bottom of the list... the rest is kinda random on how I feel at the moment of listening to the albums... lol

I agree with some choice, not of others. It's natural though to have differentiating tastes, for example, I will never understand Love songs' popularity over other albums such as NEXT LEVEL and GUILTY.

I actually love all Ayu's albums.
But Rock'n'Roll Circus would be the least favorite album for me.

I'm totally bored with GUILTY because I overplayed it and can't listen to it anymore. FIVE is great but compared to her other albums it's not so good. I also know that I've said I don't like NEXT LEVEL or Secret that much, but lately I've found myself loving them more and more. A Song for xx would've been the last one but the lyrics really saves it for me. This album has amazing lyrics. I love them. :)

How come these three are either controversial or have differences in opinion? Any general reason(s) why?

^Because not a lot of people like those albums. Especially Party Queen (due to the shock factor on the covers).

^Nops... because they were either on the top or the bottom of the lists for the most time... isn't it?

Andrenekoi is correct. Those were the albums with the most extreme differences in rating. They got #1 on some lists but #15 in others. They're in the top 3 AND the bottom 3 for people. These would be the "love 'em or hate 'em" albums, for the most part, as opposed to people generally agreeing on them being overall decent or not so great.

(miss)understood isn't a controversial album AT ALL - it's pretty much generally agreed among most AHS members that it's a damn fine piece of work. A Song for XX is likewise not at all controversial - it's in the bottom half for pretty much everyone, and USUALLY in the bottom 3.

In the case of, say Party Queen, however, you had some people saying it was her best album ever, some saying it was her worst, and most opinions had it at least hovering near the top or near the bottom - not many people had it in the middle compared to a more obviously middle-of-the-road album like Secret.

Personally, I just can't rank them, because for the most part, I feel like the music is all top notch and all the albums would be fighting for the number one spot. :/
