Rate Utada Hikaru's "Sakura Nagashi"
 

On a scale from 1-5, 1 being HORRIBLE, and 5 being a masterpiece, rate utada's "Sakura Nagashi".

I'd give it a 3.

Masterpiece for Jpop standards, great song for Hikki standards. Gave it a 4

3 - really really good song with many emotions you can feel too...
but for me, utada had has better songs... so "only" a 3... ;)

This song is flawless. I can't even express how much I love it. Hikki never fails to impress me with her music. She's such a music genius♥

At first I was ok with it and would have given a 3. But know I think I give it a 2. Something is just missing for me. I loved Hikki's "Can't wait for Christmas", this was a perfect piano ballad! But this is just boring for me. The main reason for a 2 and why I can't stand it anymore are the lyrics. After reading the translation from Hikki I can't listen to this song again. Lyrics are an important aspect for me and those are just chliches strung together. I never was very impressed by her lyrics, but from time to time there were some I liked. But I think those are just bad.

i give it a 4 because of the overall product... the music is amazing... the PV is... blah... and the single/DVD thing is stupid... lol

It's piano gold with her vocals going nowhere.
I got more emotion from Be My Last tbh.

Masterpiece. I haven't been this crazy about a Hikki song since Passion.

I'm not into ballads but this One is quite beautiful, gave it a 4

I gave it a 4. I love it, but she has some pretty amazing songs in her discog...to give it a 5...idk.

5 compared to the rest of Japan though, sure.

Honestly, I give it a 3. It could be better. :P

Flawless vocals. Let's just get this one out of the way; her voice is always perfect.
Piano intros and melodies in general, I feel are often overdone and sometimes out of place in songs. Not this one. Beautifully arranged and original with a lullaby-like voice. The way the song builds up at around 3 minutes in is just such a rush of feelings. The song is so well put together and executed. Absolutely wonderful.

I love it and her comeback (even just for NGE movie) it's always appreciated. But still I don't think it's a masterpiece of her.

I gave it a 5. The emotion is really just overwhelming. I almost cry every time I listen to it.
