^ I also hate simple & boring PVs (like the ones for "LOVE"...) but this one looks surprisingly great. She's gorgeous and the atmosphere totally fits the song, I love it so far. :)

The filmography is so good! I love the details with the lighting! Granted it's not a fantasy video, I feel it matches the song so far. Plus she looks really pretty.

About time. I actually do like the simplicity of this video. Sure, it won't be something I would like to watch over and over, as in some pretty high budget videos, but she does look nice and I don't really mind that nothing is really going on. It's only distracting anyway.

I totally agree. Plus, nothing ever really happens in most of her PVs. Fans just get distracted by the flashiness. This song doesn't call for a grandiose PV anyway.

I'll won't judge it so early. But I don't have high expectations for something happening neither.
It's a really good looking PV though. She's gorgeous, also the colors are bright and natural. This is a true HQ PV, compared especially to Party Queen awful PVs imo.

If it will turn into another boring PV at least will be extremely pleasing to watch.

She has the director of tons of Ayu classics, Wataru Takeishi working on this! It's like... no wonder it looks great! I wonder if he has input with concepts (or any directors really) or if that is still all Ayu.

She looks really beautiful, you can't deny that. I love her dressed down look.

That said, this is kind of repetitive as she's again not really doing anything, so it's kind of boring despite how lovely she looks. I hope the end of the PV has something interesting, maybe the other half of the room has something really dark themed in it? Maybe my hopes are too high xD Walls covered in blood? Maybe a war going on outside her house? Maro locked in a cage??? lol

Her lipsynching in this feels weird, like her voice doesn't match the look in the PV. I feel like she'd be better off not singing along and just going about her business.

I am still looking forward to the full version though.

The atmosphere of the PV is definitely fitting for the mood of the song. I love it. Nothing too extravagant which I believe the PVs for the other songs would entail.

Anyone notice the very welcome lack of any winter theme with the covers, PVs? This video feels very spring/summery. Was starting to get sick of her december releases having a snow or winter theme.

Srly... she looks pretty but this is a really lame video. You can do MUCH MUCH MUCH better also with low-budget and one-shot videos... :rolleyes

Her facial expressions do NOT fit the mood of the song. It's like she's trying too hard and she has that 'cutesy' look like "who me?" at a certain point/parts in the PV and it just looks ridiculous with this song. (You know that look with slanted eyebrows, lifting in the middle and slightly pursed lips)

I also agree the PV would flow better if she was not singing at all. It seems like like a soundtrack telling a story rather than her singing this song in the present setting. And I wish during the chorus there were flashbacks or something instead, showing what she is thinking about/re-calling in her mind.

Well, I do hope there'll happening something else in the PV as well, but I really like that it's a one shot PV so far! Always had a soft spot for those!
And the song is just beautiful, that piano!

To me, it looks like that's just how her face is. I'd rather she look 'normal' than look like she's angry or force some kind of sad emotion throughout the entire PV on top of trying to not mess up the one shot-deal they had going on.

Yeah. I've noticed Ayu making that face a lot in off shots and stuff- I think it's just something she does without really noticing.

I think is this LOVE? had the exact same face as in Sweet scar's PV when she's not singing in the few scenes that she's not moving her lips since she's basically singing in the entire video.

Though I always felt like her vibe for the PV was "I'm so emotionless" with a blank face... which is the look you describe.

I don't see it in "is this love?" I think she has a look of absolute devastation/hopeless heartbreak in that video. Dead on with the song.

Are you serious? She's not a freaking professional actor, and you haven't even seen the end of the clip to know the result/purpose of why Ayu is acting the way she is. This has to be one of the most ridiculous Ayu critisisms I have ever seen on this forum.

It could be. It's possible she actually did buy a home in LA from that real estate broker she's friends with and that's what we're seeing! (Also it would explain why she had no contact with fans in LA... because she doesn't want people to know where her house is)

I like the quality of the video, but it feels so slow. I think she looks great (especially her hair style), but until the full version is available to view, its a pretty boring concept. :\

I got the idea watching that it was shot in LA.. The atmosphere and house she is in, feels like L.A. LOL
