wow, her and Namie dont have a big gap only 800million gap. so her real drop started from 2009. I also wonder why her sales looked bad in 2004, she had Memorial Address on that year and 3 singles for MY STORY.

Even when ayu "flops" (as people has been saying) she does incredibly well, #2 as solo singer is great! :)

2001 was the higher grossing of the decade but the grossing of Utada was slightly better in 1999 (first love 7.65 M) and also Bz' in 1998 (2 BEST Album 9M)^^
