[Project] A BOOK ~ 15th Anniversary ~ A best Live ~
 

I was planning my trip to Japan to attend the tour of Ayu-chan (in April) and I was thinking about doing a present for her (write a letter, make a drawing or something).

But, why not create a present together like a huge book with letters (and other) from all her fans in the world?

What do you think about that? Will you send me your works?

I will regroup it all together in a book and give it to Ayu’s staff when I will go to Japan!

With Ayu thinking about doing a world tour, maybe it could be great to talk in each letter about the country we are from to try to convice her one more time !

Principe : 1 or 2 pages per person, format A4, 300dpi (mainly jpg or png)

We had A WORLD IS ONE, Volume II project a while ago but things didn't work out and the book wasn't delivered to Ayu. I still have my letter on the computer though as well as the cover photo design.

Not to be a party pooper or anything, but how will you give it to Ayus staff at the concert? Most of the people you can see at the revenue usually works for the arena, not for Ayu. I'm all for making a new book, but I think it needs a better plan on how to give it to her.

I didn't know about that, maybe it is a good way to make it done this time, mainly as it is an important event this year !

Well, last year, I already did a gift that I directly give to Ayu at an airport.
There are also possibilities as there are many persons from the staff around the arena. I also saw many Ayu's dancers that could give it to her.

Well then, I'm all for it :D talk to one if the mods to make this into a sticky?

Maybe we should wait and be sure that many people are going to participate ?

didn't someone mentioned that at one of her concerts I think countdown live, there was a place to leave Ayu gifts? so maybe that might be an option as well, if they will have that for the tour too.

I think maybe we should give a deadline ? I leave to Japan the 6 of April, if I count 2 weeks to get the book done maybe we can say the 20th March

that would be nice! I would like to join the project although i don't have a tiny clue of what to present at the moment, LOL!

maybe first um it neds to be decided what exactly would be included in the book and what format should a book be, so people know what size things they can send in. :)

I was thinking about one or two A4 pages per person.

For a double page per person, I was thinking about a draw (or something) on the left and a letter on the right.

Do you mean at her hotel in Japan ? It is quite an unknow information, I think she give tips to us about her hotel only in foreign countries. I am not sure we can find it in Japan.


About the collaboration, it could be a good idea but I don't know how to do... maybe you could give the informations and the email adress by word of mouth ?

This is a good idea but approaching ayu / getting it to her is a bit different in Japan then when shes off somewhere else, like with A WORLD IS ONE, fans waiting outside her hotel room, but its not that simple to get a meeting with her or her coming out to accept stuff in Japan, unless you can get her to know a special fan book is coming to her on twitter to see if she can help getting it to her

i was able to give her a book in LA called "A FAMILY." i don't remember how many people got to be included, but it was probably around 30 or 40.

anyway, i feel a little worried that this won't get to ayu, and i always feel embarrassed sending my things to ayu thru someone else, but i'll do two pages.

I will see if I still have the project file. I think I kept all my "in progress" files and the un-flattened photoshop file so I can go back and edit the layers. I'll check.

Yes but there was that one dude from the forum who Ayu specifically requested to be given a DVD from that days show.

And it was also mentioned by someone that there is an area at the shows where fans can leave gifts for Ayu.
