Ayu concert on July 28th
Hi everyone.:) Im going to Japan(finally!! After years of longing) on 26th July.
I just wana ask you all if the shops in Harajuku that sell concert tickets are still open now? And do you guys think I can still get her final show(July 28th) tickets if I try to buy on 27th of July? Because the tutorial thread has been years ago so I just wana reconfirm. Thanks guys. It would be of great help if anyone can tell me. :) |
the ticket sellers are always open and atleast 2 days in advance you should be able to find tickets there. if not in advance, just find the scalpers at the arena on the 28th.
|
I'm going to the 27th and the 28th shows as well!

If you can't find tickets at Harajuku, Shibuya's shop is where I found mine.

Please share with me if you found good reseller shops with more ticket options and good prices. :D |
I am seriously afraid the tickets price will be sky high and of course, that I won't be able to get tickets at all. WHAT IF we can't get tickets!!
|

But I guess we should at least try. |
I...actually really want to go too ><
but i have no clue how to go about buying tickets as well :( |

I'll be joining the gang who'll be frenetically chasing Ayu tickets upon landing haha!
I'm arriving at noon on the 26th so it's gonna be a tight one! Best of luck to us all guys! Ben |

We shall be positive, good luck! :D |
I'm going to the 28th July show, too! But I already got my ticket through Yahoo auctions Japan :D

I don't know which concert to go.. I would go to both but I have to plan a meeting with some friends during the week end so.. :/
Maybe it's best to go to the final show on the 28th? I'm landing on the 17th so I guess I should be the one buying all the tickets ahah |
sucks for yall because Ill be in Tokyo on the 13 and 14...
Guess who will have the tickets? :p |
hahaha you guys!!
|
seeing the prices, I don't think any of us can even afford more than 3 ahah XD I got my tickets earlier anyways :) see you on the 28th guys!
|
Just wondering,
have anyone bought tickets from this site before? http://www.ticket.co.jp/sys/search.p...52&st=20130728 |

(im so noob at this but is there any way to see the seating for A BEST LIVE?) |
i was wondering about the name thing too.
I think being foreigners they wont care as much? I want to say I had a friend that went one time with a girls name ticket and it didnt cause any problems... but Im not too sure! |

I just booked my tickets and am landing on the 22nd. Are you guys planning to watch together or seperately? Because I'm going to the concert alone so..haha..wondering if I could tag along with any grp of you. And i'm still unsure whats the best way to get tickets. Reseller shops in Harukuju I read? |
ill be going to harajuku this weekend to look at the shop and check prices! I was supposed to go on sat and sun but I cant afford it with me getting a new job and moving and everything so just sunday for me!
|

There are some pictures of the arena in the A BEST LIVE thread. |

PS since nobody is actually putting figures out there...how much is "too much" for a ticket? Or a pair of tickets? What's the highest you are willing (or able) to go? |
i think I want to spend no more then 200.00 on 1 ticket.
|
I'm about to spend 60,000 on a pair on tickets for my boyfriend and I! Omg I'm scared lol
|
Honestly, what are the average prices we would be getting our tickets at?
I've seen SunshineSlayer mention reseller shops in Harajuku selling below the standard 8,500 Yen? But most of the sites I see are having them above 10k Yen so...just wondering what's the standard, so I can prepare myself to splurge on this concert. (like what Pieces of SEVEN asked) |
Yeah, because I definitely have a ceiling... :(
|
Here you are, got the prices from this http://www.ticket.co.jp and this http://www.yokohamaticket.co.jp website.
Arena A block: 40000 ~ 75000 yen for one ticket Arena B block near the little round catwalk stage: 55000 yen for one ticket Arena B block: 29000 ~ 43000 yen for one ticket Arena C block near the little round catwalk stage: 22000 ~ 35000 yen for one ticket Arena C block: 20000 ~ 35000 yen for one ticket Arena D block: 17500 ~ 35000 yen for one ticket Stands first level: 10000 ~ 39000 yen for one ticket Stands second level: 10000 ~ 27500 yen for one ticket It's the last show so some prices will be crazy high. Maybe if you wait until the day of the concert you will get a good price. =) Picture of the Osaka arena Spoiler:
|
$200 - $250 US is around what I paid for D-Block, If you're on a budget try finding D or higher in letter.
|
At least Yoyogi has Block-Arena seats xD When I was at Fukuoka they had no blocks for Arena, I was so confused when I picked up my tickets at first because there was no block number XD
But when looking on the Osaka Arena pic it was A block i think o.o And now with seeing the prices I just realized how lucky I was xD I hope I will get as good seats next time^^ Hope I can go again next year ._. |

I've actually asked one of my Japanese friends to get me a 10,000 yen ticket for the 27th on YAJ. It's "cheap" so not a good ticket (2nd floor - J) but at least I'm sure I know I'll deffo be able to attend. I'll probably (certainly) spend more money for the 28th! |

I'm probably gonna get my ayu tickets from this place as well |
I'm going for the concert on 27. At elevated seat,b area. Anyone knows if its very far from the stage? Thanks!
|
Elevated seat B is 2nd from the back. Elevated A is the worst.
|
Oh man! Given my seat, do you know if I could get a okay view of ayumi? Is the stadium big?
|
It's pretty big, I had elevated A seat for 7 Days Special, if you watch the big screens more than the stage you can see it ok.
|
is it possible for anyone who happens to be in Japan to update us on the available tickets in reseller stores? the seating wise? and rough prices?
I realize they tend to sell arena/floor tickets in pairs? is that usually the casE? |
From my experience, if you are arriving 2-3 days in advance, the shop in Shibuya will end up the only one with tickets left and only 1-4 tickets at that. The scalpers at the arena will probably have another 4-8 tickets but at even higher prices.
|
i have another question.
hoe do we interpret this? C3ブロック 200-240番 I understand C3 is the block but can we gauge where is 200-240? do seat numbers start from 1 at each block? |
It's easier to find the seat once you have the ticket and are in the arena. Most seating charts are not detailed enough to determine exact seating. C3 though is a very good seat if you can not afford the outrageous prices for A & B.
|
Quote:
What about those like B2, C2, B6, C6. They arnt the nearest..and I see tickets on Yahoo Auction selling this range of C2-4 which makes me very uncertain whether to bid for it? |
If you look at the seating chart someone posted above in this thread, that shows the sections(the B,C), then the number is how many rows of seats back you are. So The lower the letter the better, and the lower number is closer if on that same letter. If it's the elevated seats though, they do the opposite, A is farthest away for elevated seats.
The B2, B3, B5 and B6 you found are best, C2,C3,C5 and C6 are 1 section farther back but probably going to be less expensive. There are some C seats though that are very close to the extended catwalk. Check the seating chart at the yokohamaticket link that I posted above. |

I landed for RNRC 2 days in advance for the finale and still found 2 tickets at Yokohama Ticket in Shibuya, with their other locations sold out. But the scalpers had atleast 6-8 people out selling tickets the day of the concert. If you're not taking a ton of luggage like I was for a 3 month stay, just take the Narita express straight to Shibuya, head across the street in the direction of 109 and take a right, grab a ticket your 1st day there.
|
Is the location of the shops still the same? Kinda afraid I might not be able to find it.
|
Yes they're still the same.

Even though I've read on the AHS tutorial to get tickets that they were discounting tickets closer to the concert date (bad 2nd floor seats selling for less than face value), it feels that won't be the case here... Thing is I have a top limit of 20,000 yen for the final show. Do you think they would still have a few for that price (then again, I don't mind having not so good seats) when I arrive on the 26th? I would expect scalpers to sell them for millions at the venue! |
The scalpers tickets are usually for sections A & B so their prices are 60,000+ usually. With 20,000 hopefully you can get at least D, which was a good seat for my 1st concert.
|
sorry but does anyone know roughly how far these seats are??
Block C3-C5 Seats 200-240番 |
A & B surround the stage and catwalk and C is just behind those on the left side, 200-240 probably near the back of the floor seats. Try for C or D(right side of floor) with 01-50 and your view should be really good. 200-240 you might have to watch the screens more than the people to enjoy it. Those screens make the view good from anywhere though.
|
Thanks very much for answering all our questions saigodansu, you're very helpful!
|
No problem. Wish I was back there this summer. If it's anyone's 1st time in Tokyo, make sure to go just outside Ikebukuro Station and take in the free concerts around evening - midnight, not sure what the exact time was, but the performers sell their Cds for 1,000 yen each and some are very talented.

|
ayeeeee you guys are making me all nervous about getting tickets! I arrive in Tokyo on Friday, July 26th. :/
|
On concert days, is it necessary to queue early? Or are we allowed to roam around the Yoyogi area and nearby attractions until 3pm (where we are allowed to enter)
|
When you roam just avoid the very old restrooms in Yoyogi Park. It looks like everyone in Tokyo has used them and no one could figure out how to aim for the hole.
|
Quote:
So there isnt a necessity to queue huh? As for the tour good sales, is there usually a massive crowd queuing? I understand it starts at 12noon. I was actually planning to visit Meiji Shrine and Yoyogi Park before the start of the concert. (for that matter, is there anywhere to drop off your cameras??) |
No drop for cameras, but they just ask if you have one and pretty much do nothing but ask you not take pictures.
|
BOUGHT MY TICKETS TODAY!!!!!!! I'm going on the 27th. Woohoo.
|
Congrats^^

they deliver tickets so it might be too late for you right now if you're aiming to get tickets for the 28th show
|
The shop in Shibuya you buy them in person, instructions are given on earlier pages of this thread.
|
OK thanks alot for the information guys!! Totally having the anxiety attack right now, really hope I can get the tickets for 28th in Shibuya! ToT
|
yeah you should try Shibuya, the Harajuku one didn't have any today.

Just received my ticket!!! :D see you guys on the day!
|
thanks~~ I'll go get my tickets tomorrow morning, as I went to Shinjuku but they only had a pair of tickets for the 7/27 show
|
売 切 means sold out right? ^ saigodansu, OMG THANK YOU!! You even translate it, thanks alot!
Yeah I couldn't find the seating floor plan too. Only G and K seats left, abit worried that K is too near the stage, can only see ayu's side profile. X( |

For the ones going to the show on the 28th :
Did you heard about the surprise that fans would like to do during the Encore ? They would like each fans to take a Sunflower I think if I could go for the final, I will bring one ! |
^ oh!

I'll be going on Sunday. Getting myself a cheap nose bleed ticket since I've already been to the show before. Tickets right now, even on Yahoo Auctions are pretty high priced; I guess because of the final. I've also heard from Japanese fans that because it is the 15th anniversary they are expecting something special on the last day which is driving up ticket prices more than usual probably....hopefully Ayu won't be doing the exact same set list, haha. |

I really hope she would sing Dearest actually. XO |
Updated the above post of tickets available through resellers. 25 tickets remain for the 27th, but only 9 left for the 28th.

I'm in Shibuya and can't even find the reseller shop. Promising start :P

how many other tickets did they have??? I'm planning on going tomorrow to get mine!
|
They had quite a few for Saturday and not that much for Sunday, like saigodansu said. I wanted to go both days but no way. Can't even remember anything about the Sunday tickets, other than them being too expensive.
|
I lied and took pictures at cdl12-13. I am a bad person. But I have zero regrets. Not that you can see much anyway, lol.
Spoiler:
|
omg where can I buy the sunflower??
oh wait, I don't have a ticket for July 28 :( and probably I won't get it at reseller shop :( |
we could also tweet ayu that day with sunflower pictures^^
