That picture of her in the catsuit is everything, she looks absolutely stunning. It's so 90's Madonna.

The first one is extremely weird, but somehow really good. It's something i'd expect Gaga to wear for her new album, all these pics are just amazing!

The first one just reminded me of a blue version of her AT06 opening outfit :laugh

But loving this shoot!!!!

In the interview, she revealed that her favorite album of her's would probably be Secret or A Song for XX

I thought she would have said "my last" cause she always think the last one is perfection :laugh

Best Ayu photoshoot in FOREVER. It's so avant garde and couture and just... so high fashion and amazing. I LOVE IT.

I think this is what everyone was saying about Shimoura or whoever it was or maybe it was and then they started to loathe the fact that he shot for her nonstop. Same case with Timmy - everyone wanted him to compose her music and nothing but her music after one damn song he made for her, lol. And we all know how that story played out.

^ Almost all of ND CHOW's work for Ayu have been great though. At least from what I can remember.

If you actually download the pictures from Alvin's facebook you're going to get pretty big images. They're not UHQ but they're good.

The clothes budget is like 100x as much as anything she's had before, haha. Her Numero shoots came close though.

I don't really care about the photos as much as the styling. She looks great this way.

I was always a sucker for the black lipstick too.

I think it would be really amazing if she could transition away from the japanese gyaru fashion mags, and more into these larger fashion ones.

Actually that mag usually has very interesting photoshoots.

I thought the tour book and LOVE again photos were beautiful, but this is another level.

Like elegance/class/expensive/fierce/etc.

lol he'll be working with her now? man i hope he doesn't burn out, but hey he seems to be a creative guy, and not japanese. and he seems to have a huge amount of high fashion mag spreads with his styling on models.....this might be interesting for a year or so untill everyone gets borred, but hey this dude lifted the bar REALLY high. That shows how muc styling can do.

Maybe that's why the INSPIRE-Rule costume for this year's a-nation reminds me of The Diva dress in the magz. I hope he's going to provide her with better styling and fashion styles for further lives.

Harper's Bazaar is such as DAMN CLASSY magazine and I'm SOOO happy Ayu went with the same classy style. She looks SOO GOOD

My favorite is the cover dress and the pink one. A-m-a-z-i-n-g.

Ayu, please stylize your next album like this. No more Party Queen or mushy love again with textures put on soft light blending mode..

Party Queen's original concept was pretty amazing imo.

The mushy LOVE again thing will probably never be repeated again unless she's crazy.

She's damn hot!!

^^ Party Queen could have been awesome if she had pushed it further, but she stopped way too early and in my opinion look bad. I like displaying my Ayu albums on my bookshelf, and TBH, Ayu with ass sticking out kinda doesn't fit in with the rest (even though she'd done naked before, it's always been very gorgeous and classy)

I don't think it worked for her, I see this working waaaaay better.

The stylist(Alvin) said that Secret and a song for XX was his favorite from her discography, but did he mean cover wise? In that case it's kinda funny because they're extreme opposites. a song for xx is her face with little to no obvious photoshop and all about facial expression. Secret is photoshoped so hard that Ayu's waist is like 6 inches, with bling blings and more pose-based than expression based.

I love both TBH so I'm really looking forward to the collaboration between Alvin and Ayu.

Oh my goodness, I almost have no words! So amazing! Shows with the right team/magazine etc that Ayu can go beyond blank pouty expressions for shoots. I'd love to see some of this styling transfer to stage. Squeeee!

Somebody was though. I think it was him up until a certain point and then everything he did was hated. But there was a certain point where everyone wanted everything to be shot by him. Maybe it was Leslie, I don't know. But the point being, AHS always wants everything to be done by someone for a second and then they regret it when it happens.
