Well, Ayu told people who were unhappy with the pv's message (or rather the ones who didn't understand it) to wait 'cause they didn't watch the real ending yet, so I guess the end will beat least more clear or less ambiguous...

ayu shouldn't appear at all in the last scene. she can't even act properly. her moves, her dress, her hair and even her "not young" face really kill the atmosphere. it should have been that big girl all the time and I'd love to see ayu just as a some stranger (like in Endless sorrow pv end). she could look at them and smile softly or something like this. but her awkward appearance was too random.

That's the real ending? Really? When the guy sees that it's really the bigger girl, and not Ayu, he steps back and is all surprised and not in a happy way that's for sure. I'm not even sure what this is supposed to mean. Wow, I'm pretty disappointed by this music video. I mean the message aside-- whatever that is!-- it's just not a very engaging music video, in my opinion. It also comes across as cheap visually.

What I got was that the girl saw a hotter guy pss by and started flirting, ignoring Ellis (though he does back away, maybe he's just shitty?).

I think a lot of people who were cheering on love conquers all are disappointed now. He is obviously disappointed when "ayu" turns back into "big girl" :laugh

Look. There's just absolutely no reason, why they couldn't have just left, happy together, with everything fine. It's a way better way to get the message across. It validates EVERYTHING that happens up to that point. It's clear, and concise, and actually makes them look good. It's still a fun PV, and it makes it somewhat charming and heart-warming.

Whoever thought that this, was better than that, is a moron, and possibly a douchebag.


Is it possible that the pvs are still connected. Maybe the merry go round pv comes before this one, and tells more of the story.

Wow, I'm still thinking about this, haha! Frankly it's all very bizarre. A 'short version' of the music video...that only clipped off 8-seconds? It doesn't even make sense. Frankly it's almost fishy. I also don't think the meaning Ayu mentioned in her tweet about confidence and and such (which is all very cool!) is represented at all in the music video. I find this very disappointing, that seemingly her vision of what the video was supposed to convey isn't really IN the video. There's a disparity there which I find very strange coming from an artist of her calibre. It really just shouldn't have happened.

Maybe the merry go round music video will continue the story? Because really, this is all just too bizarre.

EDIT: I mean, really....She sings 'how beautiful you are' then comes out with this? Just zero consistency. This is just my opinion though.

Still Ayu worst PV for me, message theories aside, objectively one of the most awful PV I've ever seen (and I watched MAKE UP by Kana Nishino. Several times. Trying to find something savablein it). Ayu did boring before, but for me she never, ever did unwatchable.
