Kanjani would never be beaten by Ayu, haha. Even in her prime, I don't think she would have been able to beat any JE act in DVD sales.

lol the blu-ray dropped to #9 yesterday and today rose back #2. It's actually surprising since blu-rays don't sell as good as DVDs and sales drop like a rock, so it's kinda surprising to see it at #2 today and not out of the top 10.

yeah, usually anime BDs take over all the top 10, well, great positions, I think we can expect something around 15~20k for DVD's debut week and around 7~8k for BD's

blu-ray sales seem quite good! I didn't think it could get #2 after dropping to #9 :)

This CDL is better than any shows in this time... Hope this DVD/BD would be high ...

when are we going to get the actual sales' numbers? i'm so very happy for it charting so well!!!

There were a lot of DVDs/blu-rays released yesterday, kanjani also dropped in blu-ray and on DVD #2 are SEKAI NO OWARI dvd and they gained popularty on the recent year so it's an ok drop for ayu I suppose.

I also think that the releases that were released on the ayu's CDL dvd/blu-ray dates were released a day earlier, which means they will have 7 days fir the first week, maybe because if the golden week?

Those are great numbers for CDL 13-14, especially considering Ayumi was not doing anything big the last half of 2013.

I honestly believe the PREMIUM SHOWCASE kinda helped it ;D They were also selling this dvd on a special booth at the venue.

This week the DVD is reaching higher positions than last week's ^^ It's #14 today :)

Maybe the free CDs policy at the venues are encouraging people to buy her latest releases.

I agree with them. There's no sense including copies that were sold outside Japan, no other ranking do that.

The problem is they aren't sold outside Japan, they're sold in Japan.
I understand their reasons for not including these sales, but in the end, they're rubbish reasons. -_- If a cd is sold in Japan, it shouldn't matter where it ends up. -_-

Now I see your pointing. Those sales will remain in a state of limbo because no other ranking will count them. We have a situation then. =\

With the fact that, in my opinion, foreign sales in terms of percentage are higher for Ayu than the others, compared to Johnny's groups, which are already selling very high, this move isn't going to help Ayu - AT ALL. In fact, this makes things even worse...

See, this is why I don't care about Oricon anymore. It's just too much Johnny's and AKB48 groups dominating the charts much of the time...not fair to the others!

Thank you that's great that it's still charting... DVD sales are in general really aweful too so it can still chart. I really hope Colours can get as great as longevity as this. Albums usually sell way more and for now Colours sold 18,000 about the CDL's total.
