This is so hilarious! I'm not sure if I like how they executed it yet, but the idea itself is awesome, I always wanted to learn some more moves than the obvious Trauma chorus and there aren't many tutorials like in case of Kpop dance :)

This is the in-thing at the moment. Ever since that Korean mother of 2 (Jung Da Yeon) became famous from these exercise videos which are suited for Asian bodies, it's become a big thing, so I hope Ayu's dance videos will sell a lot too. I just hope they can sell them for cheaper though 💸💸💸

9720 yen is crazy. Ayu's team after 2011 is soooo desperate to milk $$$ from fans.

At home workout dvd sets are generally expensive so the price to me isn't shocking. (P90x, Insanity, etc are all over 100$)

I'm all for this though. If it encourages someone to get up and exercise then why not lol

Expensive. I think I would buy them if them were like $40 or maybe even $50 but not for nearly $100. For three songs it's not worth it.
I'm honestly surprised she hasn't done this before......if this set had, say, 10 or 15 routines then it would be more worthy of that cost. I like the towel though, it's quite cute...

I would have buy if it ayu's involved in the exercise... but it seems like it's only the dancers and only snippets of ayu in the behind the scene... though I might b unable to control myself if I see it at the concert venue >.<

I think it's quite cool to do that. Doing sport with Ayu's music is the best. However, I think it would have been better if there were more songs on it.

If it wasn´t so expensive I whould buy it right away xD I was looking for a good exercise DVD anzwaz to loose some weight, mazbe there will be overseas Version_

When I saw the video for this pop up on my YouTube subscriptions list I got confused. I thought it was a joke video of some sort, but when I finally saw the "infomercial" I just thought it was a little weird, but kind of cool. The price for all three is a little ridiculous, but this is Japan we're talking about, so that doesn't seem too bad.

I doubt this was really aimed at non-fans.

Even the people buying TRF's DVDs were most probably fans (in their youth)--however Ayu isn't really old enough to have that whole "natsukashii" factor.

She's still active.

I do think it's annoying that there's only 3 songs... And it's -those- three songs. I'm so tired of even seeing evolution's name lol.

But I'm sure my roommate'll buy this so I'll at least get to see it haha.

As funny as it is home workout videos are a huge market. As a person that works out quite a bit I can say that a fun workout beats a serious one any day.

As embarrassing as it might seem doesn't it fit in well with the whole lifestyle thing she has been pushing in recent years with the two books.

You know what would be a better workout video? Showing "how-to dance" choreography videos for Real me, Inspire, and Rule.

Or just do a compilation man :rolleyes

I didn't notice it at first, but jesus christ. ¥9,000? thats $88. It's only for 3 workouts! And they're only as long as the song. each song is about what 4 minutes maybe? They could fit it all on a single dvd. In America the full P90X workout kit (which is super popular) costs about $130. However, it includes 12 DVDs of workouts, a nutrition plan booklet, a calendar, and a fitness guide book.

I wouldn't even give this the slightest thought as to whether I should buy it or not. I understand that Ayumi Hamasaki is a really popular and well established popstar, and that a lot of entertainment items in Japan are more expensive, but even for her standards, this is too expensive. This is just as expensive as the "a complete clip box" which at least came with about 30 music videos, and 25 tv commercials.

I actually think it's a cute idea, but, yeah, those prices. Avex is totally out of her mind.

As much as I love the towel, I wouldn't buy that, too expensive for 3 workouts of ten minutes each! There are a lot of good things available for free online or by buying the DVDs/individual videos. I would rather get Insanity that this "workouts".

I actually would do these exercises...if they were a tenth of the price.

I already purchased the complete DVD set, I only watched the first DVD 'Trauma', but the whole thing runs for over 45 mins, The dance is splited into three parts as ZIN, Subaru and 2-Yan explain them incl. warm-up, stretching and the actual 'Trauma' dance. I really enjoyed watching it.

No ayu in that DVD ?

I guess that's why they listed as a ZIN release.

^ I still think it's weird to be a ZIN release when it's promoted in Ayu's website/youtube, with Ayu's logo in the cover and using Ayu's songs lol
