How did namie manage to take one of the worst pictures of her career and put it on the cd only cover. The photographer had no other pictures? ! If c didn't look so amazing I would have said "who hired him?"

The only thing that bothered me at first with the CD only was Crystal's foot floating. But someone said Namie looks like a hunchback and now I can't unsee it lol. But she looks fine on the CD+DVD.

On the CD only, I thought Namie's left leg was missing until I saw that some fabric from Crystal's outfit was covering it. I do like the overall styling for both of them and they both look amazing. Namie's poses are so awkward though!

I really really really love the tour photos.
As for the Crystal collab covers...smh. I have no words for the CD cover with Namie's pose and I guess I'm used to outfits like that by now even though it doesn't fit the cover. But even Crystal. I don't like that hair on her. Like, she can be so much prettier. Anyway, it's whatever. I think this is pretty good for Crystal so I'm pretty happy about it. Hope it charts well. |
I don't like the CD only cover, Crystal Kay's blue dress with the blue background covering Namie's leg making it look like her leg is gone + Crystal's floating foot + Namie's awkward pose... This cover is just weird imo.

tbh both covers look poorly made to me, from the colour of the background to the overexposed foreheads :( I hope their outfits look better in the PV

Namie looks pretty awkward and the outfit doesn't help her in any way. Crystal Kay looks waay better. Hope the song is good though.

the song is ok...the chorus is catchy...
but definitely Crystal own the song, Crystal has a very strong influence on the song...the interlude part is sooooo Crystal... very different when Namie collaborate with Ken, both Ken and Namie sounds strong but in this song...Crystal win in every aspect... |

Namie and crystal Kay complemented each other beautifully. I loved it, hahaha namie disappeared a bit at the chorus but I could still hear her. Very good song.

The song sounds great, and they sound great together! I like the CD + DVD cover, but that CD only is so awkward for some many reasons.
Its just so awkward it makes me think they took those images separately and then in post production the photographer or graphic team just composited them together. Aside from CK's floating foot, looking at Namie's foot and CK's other foot, they don't look like they're solidly on the ground either.. but I could be wrong. I suppose since it is more CK feat Namie... they would make CK look better? Not that she looks much better in the shot, its just bleh. They got it right on the CD + DVD thought. Looking forward to hearing the full length version. :) |
I am completely in love with "REVOLUTION". :luv2 Namie's & Crystal's voices blend so well together, in the song! Especially during the verses. :heart I totally can't wait to watch the PV, now! :D

Namie is singing japanese LOL I guess, its a feat. afterall...Crystal HAS to be the main I can imagine Namie singing this in her own shows though..its gonna be INSANE. that atmosphere omg |
I luuuuuuuuuuuuuved the song. I do have one negative, though. I feel like there's energy missing, especially in the chorus. Their voices fit very well together and I love the beats and I love the meaning, but whenever I hear songs like this about starting revolutions and such and it's sung with such a sweet, soft voice I kinda lose some of the pump. Like. You're starting a revolution! Be energetic! Be pumped! If you're going to lead us into a revolution, I want you to be the most courageous, most determined MF out there. I want to feel your energy in my bones! But I don't with this. I don't know. I'm probably being picky. I honestly do like the song, it just feels like its two people, two friends, singing a song about a revolution in their car, rather than actually singing the song, like for a recording.
I'm sure in a concert this would be so much better, but as for just playing it as I leisure around the house, it'd probably just be background music. |
This is a collaboration that I would have never expected, but am really excited for it, for that reason.

She will be on the cover of Nylon Japan with Hatsune Miku lmao, I think it will be just a drawing of her though. Also she is on the cover of Marie Claire Hong Kong, and I think she will anounce in that magazine an asian tour.
