chocopockymaster 28th January 2016 11:16 AM

No Yokohama? No Saitama? I know they're doing construction on the venues but D:

~angel*ayumi~ 28th January 2016 11:19 AM

I wonder that too, also Sendai is not her usal Arena I think.
Plus I smell ~The Final~ again, because Osaka is unusal as final dates.

Yeah, I also find the last date in Osaka to be odd, and on a Monday too (also a national holiday.) I also expect them to add some extra dates like last year.

njanjayrp 28th January 2016 11:41 AM

Gonna attend the Osaka dates!

YUKARI 28th January 2016 11:42 AM

Long time no see, guys.

As I'm going to study in Kyoto starting this April, I think I'll be going to the last day of concert on July 18th.

If someone wants to join, PM me!

se7entheaven 28th January 2016 11:45 AM

This better be more JAPAN than been there done that

AyuGAME 28th January 2016 11:45 AM

I believe they will add more show in the end...maybe around 20-22 dates sounds good...

I checked XEBIO Arena Doors because it's my first time saw that venue name, not really big venue just for 4000 persons.

Ryusei 28th January 2016 11:57 AM

The only weird thing to me is that her tour is smaller than Miliyah's (who will have her final date at saitama super arena...) Hope it'll be a good show for everyone attending + no need to lose your sh*t when she uses venues she usually doesn't. Everyone always wants her to do smth new, so why not start with some new live venues.

That's just how many fixed seats there are, so it doesn't include the number of people they can fit into the floor/arena section.

Deep snow 28th January 2016 12:08 PM

Hoo boy. It's Cirque de Minuit all over again.

[still bitter]I expect 80% of the CDL set list plus like four other songs.[/still bitter]

chocopockymaster 28th January 2016 12:09 PM

Except CdM was amazing, and MADE IN TOKYO was fucking yawn-inducing.

Sigh.

CdM was fucking yawn-inducing for me. (As is MADE IN TOKYO)

pimenta 28th January 2016 12:18 PM

I think there are more dates to come as well...

I honestly hope it ends up different than the CDL. Keep a thing or two, but change most of it... that's not a great concert for a tour the way it is. But then again, it worked out for the HOTEL Love Songs tour, which was so much better than the CDL, so I'm not worried.

attractive nausea 28th January 2016 12:28 PM

Probably gonna attend July 8th and 9th Yoyogi dates!
Hope i can manage to figure out how the lottery works lol

I think she'll sing songs from A BEST during this tour, well i hope she does

JinHamasaki 28th January 2016 12:38 PM

I will be attending the Nagoya show on the 14th or 15th...Need to make it back in Tokyo before the subway closes tho *-*

rainbow_smile 28th January 2016 12:41 PM

I guess I'll try to apply for both Tokyo and Osaka. So excited *.*

JinHamasaki 28th January 2016 01:18 PM

How long are her concerts now? The blu ray running times are over 3 hours! I have to make sure I can take the last shinkansen back...

ayumisrael 28th January 2016 01:22 PM

I hope she will extend it until the end of October since I might be in Japan in October. =(

rainbow_smile 28th January 2016 01:26 PM

I really hope she keeps GREEN and Ivy, but also adds more Japanese elements.

Gustavopc 28th January 2016 01:27 PM

^ I can see that working for BALLAD as well

Can't say I'm surprised with the tour theme lol Well, at least we know what to expect from the tour...

Minttulatte 28th January 2016 02:02 PM

My only hope is that she won't recycle too much stuff from CDL into the tour then. I understand why Cirque de Minuit was recycled, but it shouldn't become a habit imo.

pheonixflame15 28th January 2016 02:09 PM

I'm hoping with the re-release of A BEST she puts in some of her older stuff, vogue, monochrome and far away.

SayukiChoco 28th January 2016 02:21 PM

Yes! I will also apply for all three Osaka dates!

Earth_maiden 28th January 2016 03:16 PM

Where do her tours usually start? I won't be going to Japan until 2018 but I wanted to go in April and I was hoping she'd start her tour then. Does she have any set pattern or is each year different?

DonkeyKongRemix 28th January 2016 03:21 PM

Usally Tour starts in April, but sometimes it starts later, like this year, or Premium Showcase.

@all who are applying for multiple dates
Remember you have to pay all dates you win (and overseas members usally win all ther entrys)

You went to ARENA TOUR 2012 and 2015? Can you guesstimate how long the concert was? Last time I went was 07 and I think it was roughly two hours. If it's over 2.5 hours I am cutting it too close to make it back to Tokyo from Nagoya on Saturday, so I'd have to lotto for Sunday instead. :headache

~angel*ayumi~ 28th January 2016 05:02 PM

2012 I wasnīt there the whole concert because of last Shinkansen.
2015 was very long, I think till 21.30 if I remember right. I only remember when we arrived as Osaka Station all restaurants were closing ><

Pieces_of_SEVEN 29th January 2016 02:50 AM

YES!! Planning on going to all three yoyogi dates! :D :D

Bigtop 29th January 2016 10:32 AM

Osaka as final venue rather than Tokyo (Yoyogi)? Hmm...

ayumint 29th January 2016 10:57 AM

I read somewhere that atmosphere for concert in Osaka was crazier than Tokyo , but I think additional dates for Tokyo/Saitama/Yokohama will be announced later

Pieces_of_SEVEN 29th January 2016 11:30 AM

I really hope that I have good luck with the TA lottery again! Hopefully I get amazing seats like last time too!

I hope she keeps WARNING, UNITE!, STEP you, Fly high, Love song, Marionette, and maybe Born To Be... ;) Ahhh and it's not even February yet!

krtman2002 29th January 2016 11:45 AM

It's the first time I'm going to an Ayu concert. Somebody who has gone to Osaka and Tokio, what do you recommend me to apply for? I think I'd apply for 1 date in Tokio and 1 in Osaka, but I don't know what to do. What is better?

~angel*ayumi~ 29th January 2016 12:11 PM

I wasnīt in Yoyogi yet, but I loved Osaka Jo Hall. I rly can recommend it^^
Itīs so lovley with Osaka Castle nearby, and according to Chris85 the accoustic there is really good.

I saw the Arena Tour 2010 at Yoyogi it was awesome! I thought the stadium was bigger but really I loved it. It's like this:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KmtfsFLgXMA

It was easy to find my way, all is well explained! Plus you can visit Harajuku nearby, it was so cool. This was the best weekend of my trip there!

I've never been to Osaka Jo Hall, but I've attended multiple concerts at Yoyogi and all were great and had nice visibility. Besides, the location of the arena is great, Harajuku is right there, with Shibuya just one stop away and Shinjuku two stops away with the Yamanote line.

Thanks. Wondering if I should go in May just to be safe. But I also want to see Sakura blossoms... hmmmm.

~angel*ayumi~ 29th January 2016 02:42 PM

Sakura + Ayu together are hard to catch. Ayu mostly starts mid-april while Sakura bloom end march/beginning-april. I missen sakura 2 times xD (ok last year I got the second wave blooming, you know not the light pink, but the deeper pink cherry blossoms)

freedreamer 29th January 2016 05:04 PM

All she needs to do now is make an album that could fit in well with the JAPAN theme :/

JinHamasaki 29th January 2016 05:14 PM

I think I'm going to overnight in Hakone or Nagoya Sat night and attend the Sunday concert. The last Hikari train back to Tokyo on Sat is at 8:55, whereas Sunday's concert starts way earlier.

SayukiChoco 31st January 2016 11:16 AM

I have a question. I tried to sign up to TA on Thursday but I don't receive the email with further instruction how to register. I already wrote an email to the staff but the have not yet answered either and I don't want to bother them too much. Probably a lot of other people try to register too. I just wanted to know in case I don't manage to register in time, is it still possible for me to get tickets for all three Osaka dates? That is probably a silly question, but I'm scared of not getting any tickets if I don't register now. xD

rainbow_smile 31st January 2016 11:55 AM

^ Have you checked the spam folder? If the email is not there, maybe you could try making another email for TA, preferably with a different provider, just to be safe. You can change your email address later.

They normally do a few lotteries, but I think only the first one is available for the foreign fans? Or at least I remember that some of the later lotteries are only available for Japanese fans.

First of all have you checked the spam folder of your mail?
Have you tried submitting your e-mail for the second time?
If you are late for the first lottery, they will have another one later. The thing is usually first two lotteries are available for overseas fans as well, but all the rest additional ones are for Japan only.
Oh, rainbow_smile, you were faster than me :-)

For my personal experience, good seats are "better" at Yoyogi than in Osaka (I have experienced third road from the stage at Yoyogi and fourth at Osaka)

BUT bad seats are better at Osaka (I went on low budget for the second show, so I bought the cheapest tickets, back row on the second level is better in Osaka, you can see more clearly).

But since it's your first time and you're applying TA lottery I would say that go for Tokyo dates, cos you're probably getting a decent/good seat :)

Thank you for your answers. Yes, I already checked the Spam folder and I also resend my Mail address. I'll try out another email provider then. Which one will work for sure? So I don't get tickets as foreign fan when I'm not a TA member?

Gustavopc 31st January 2016 10:29 PM

If she wants to use this tour to promote A BEST, she should perform vogue-far away-SEASONS, these three songs together are remarkable for many people

Hi! A lot of the information from this thread can help you, http://www.ahsforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=70001 Of course, a lot has changed since then so if you have any questions feel free to ask!

krtman2002 1st February 2016 05:44 PM

Do we have to wait until the 5th of February to be able to do it?

THIS so much.

And, instead of v~F~S, I wish she could perfom each song individually and full.

JinHamasaki 1st February 2016 10:39 PM

I hope she steps it up significantly. The CDL 2015-2016 was pretty lackluster compared to 2014-2015.

Power of Music's versions were fun, what the hell are you on? Lol.

Though I'd love a Far away performance. Both vogue and SEASONS are boring as fuck.

tokyoxjapanxfan 1st February 2016 11:25 PM

It's so funny how different people's tastes can be. vogue is one of my favorite songs :)

I constantly find myself humming it haha.

Gustavopc 1st February 2016 11:52 PM

Seeing her perform the trilogy again and in full would be marvelous :heart I'd love it even more if the songs were not one right after the other, but with other songs between like they are in the album instead.

Well, only TA members can apply for the lottery. But technically you can still get tickets from resellers if you're not a TA member. I'm glad gmail worked for you though ^^

Thanks. I guess it's safer to be a TA member then :D

hayasaki 5th February 2016 04:05 AM

^i'm probably going to the Sunday one too :)

kotora 5th February 2016 06:44 AM

She should review the negative comments from CDL 2015-2016 Made in Tokyo and work on them for making AT2016 better.

E.g. Performing more famous old songs from A BEST.

stivenoto 5th February 2016 10:13 AM

I already applied for it... Hope i will get the ticket...

willytbk 5th February 2016 11:46 AM

me too.....fingers crossed !

attractive nausea 5th February 2016 02:01 PM

Can someone help me? I need to create an account on iflyer but the form is in japanese and i can only read katakana

Does it mean i have to put my email address twice in a row? What do they expect me to write in the blank after my country? What's inside the boxes after that?
Unfortunately i can't google translate it lmao

tenshi no hane 5th February 2016 02:27 PM

^ Yes, you need to enter your email twice. Under country, it says: "Please enter your city/town". After that it's "male/female", "birthday", "password".

attractive nausea 5th February 2016 02:52 PM

^ Thank you for your help ♥

rainbow_smile 5th February 2016 03:46 PM

Hm... Don't they usually say that you must pay for all the tickets if you win? I don't see it written anywhere this time...

~angel*ayumi~ 5th February 2016 03:54 PM

I think they tell you during the process of applying if I remember right.

rainbow_smile 5th February 2016 04:02 PM

^ I applied and didn't see it anywhere... It says:

Quote:

* Reserved Seating ¥8,900 (tax included)
* You may select up to four (4) tickets for this show.
* Children ages 3 and up require a ticket.
* Children under age 3 do not required a ticket unless they need their own seat.
* No changes, cancelations or refunds can be made to your ticket(s) after registration.

Registration: Fri, February 5th 15:00 to Mon, February 15th 23:59
Selection: Tues, February 16th to Mon, February 19th
Result Announcement & Payment: Sat, February 20th 15:00

* All times in Japan Standard Time (JST)
* An additional Ĩ648 fee per ticket will be charged at checkout.
But nothing about lowering chances of winning the lottery next time if you don't pay for the tickets that you won...

~angel*ayumi~ 5th February 2016 07:21 PM

Quote:

Here it says that you canīt cancel or get refund. I guess that includes not paying tickets you won, as not paying whould be kind of a cancalation.

rainbow_smile 5th February 2016 07:54 PM

^ I know, but then again, they don't say anything about penalties if you choose not to pay for any tickets... I mean, it's not like I don't plan to pay for all the tickets if I win them. I'm just curious, because they used to say clearly that if you don't pay for the tickets you might not be able to get tickets in the future. :D

Edit: I just checked the emails from TA for the CDM tour, and yeah they only said about this rule in the results email.

metropass 5th February 2016 08:55 PM

How many dates have you guys applied?
In the Japanese version of the ticket lottery site, they said the member may not be able to apply for the ticket lottery if you do not settle the payment of the ticket(s) you won
As I'm just willing to watch one show, I'm still wondering whether I should apply for more than one date to higher the chance of getting a ticket... :rolleyes

Uh? When you apply for the tickets and do iflyer you have you enter in your credit card info.

rainbow_smile 5th February 2016 09:26 PM

^ it's optional :) they say it's to simplify the checkout process, but you may choose not to enter it

Pieces_of_SEVEN 5th February 2016 10:06 PM

^Yeah, it's optional. I skipped it.

Gustavopc 6th February 2016 12:52 AM

Guys, sorry if I sound harsh, but if so that's cause of my limited vocabulary in English hahahaha But wouldn't it be better if someone made a separate thread for the tickets applying and such? Whenever there's a post here I check it wondering if goodies are out or more dates have been added, but usually they are very specific doubts instead of news... I guess separating things would make both threads more... enjoyable? hahahaha :P

Like that idea. =) Because I also always check this thread for info and then there is nothing. A thread explicit for questions regarding tickets and so would be great I think.

Pieces_of_SEVEN 6th February 2016 01:41 AM

I entered the lottery for the three yoyogi dates. I didn't get any type of confirmation email from TA or this new lottery site. Anyone know how I can confirm that I entered the lottery?
