It's so cool that she has themed towels for each region of Japan! I can't wait to get my chubu region :) I was hoping she would do something like that.

Goods are inspired by live stages and Art Deco this time.
Full line will be announced on 03/25. Apart from certain standard goods, there will also be 4 seasons themed special goods for a limited time. Spring goods will be available from 03/30 - 05/28. Summer goods will be avaulable from 06/04 - 08/27. And Autumn/Winter goods will be available from 09/03 till the last concert date on 11/13. That's for the concert venues, I don't know if it's like that online as well. |
The theme for the goodies is soooo good! Love the penlight, still sad that there is no Koda Kuma inside it anymore. I guess this time there is no pamphlet? There is a stamp book, but I don't know....

Just took a look in the japanese FC store and the FC edition is called FC限定盤 (FC limited edition). And there's nothign else said in the description.
It was like that in the past, that FC editions are limited in itself, just available for a certain amount of time and that's why there isn't something like First Press. But I guess we will see when ALfromHELLSING gets his edition, just tell us then.^^ |

Thanks for the replies, Corvina and KarenPang! I've emailed mu-mo, but I have a feeling that they won't reply to me or will reply too late. It seems like I can't cancel my order either, so I guess just like Corvina said I just have to wait for my order to arrive. I sure hope it is the digipack edition. I should have just ordered it when it came out, but at that point of my life I thought I'll be collecting music digitally only so I didn't and not only that but also sold a whole bunch of Kumi's cds 'cause of that just to realize later that it was a very bad idea. I should have just sold Ayu's cds since I barely listen to her anymore. Now I have to buy all the releases I've missed and buy back the ones I've sold. Something like this could only happen to me. lmao
Man, I really hope Kuu-chan will come across that article. Maybe she can at least invite that lady backstage or something. |

The fake eyelashes are really good quality (in fact the natural ones are my favourites alltogether). So I'm curious to try eyeliner and mascara out some day. Lenses, eyelashes, perfumes, body cremes and now her own cosmetic line - you can't deny her name is a successful brand. And as long as the quality is good, I'm fine with it. I do like that she's only producing things she herself uses. Just drop that hilarious English promo slogan, please. The first tour goodies went online today. All the Kloop goods are already sold out. I am kinda glad she's not overusing hells (which I first noticed in 2014, with Bon Voyage Tour), she may look fierce as hell but dancing on heels put a lot of stress on your legs and mainly your back. So I think it's better she doesn't pull herself too much nowadays so she won't be regretting it later :P Plus, for that hip-hop-ish dance style she's been doing recently sneakers and boots do look better to wear than high heels.

Stamp books are used to collect seals from temples and shrines, and it looks like they are also advertising it to put the "stamps" on the receipts in the book since each prefecture will have it's own design....like it is your "pilgrimage" to go to the shows throughout the different prefectures. I think that's a great marketing strategy actually. I don't see any info on it being the pamphlet though. Which makes me question where the pamphlet is. Unless I've missed something, of course @_@

WOML Tour sold around 20k altogether while charting for 8 weeks (we only have the numbers for the first 3 weeks). The Artist will surely do less than that. It's a pity. |
I love this tour's merchandise a lot, i wanna own many items.
I think i will order light stick (i still wonder how change colors) and check shirt. If those songs on it is actually setlist, i'm a little bit disappointed. Most of them are the songs she often performs, but i'm ok there are few favorite songs such as Lollipop and Dreaming now. |

Watched THE ARTIST Blu-Ray. An amazing show overall but it's still saddens me a bit how her vocals have declined since her pregnancy. 2011 was the last year of her vocal prime IMO. Ever since Premium Night ~Love & Songs~ I was hoping that it would only be temporary but I guess it's time to accept that Kuu's current vocals are here to stay. Oh well. Hope she takes extra care of her voice this year.

Some women experience some changes to their voice during/after the pregnancy.
I don't think her voice has deteriorated that much but during last year she did have some struggles. Anyway, I hope she will announce a new single so I can bundle the BR and the single in one package before the first press for THE ARTIST is out of print |
Kuu's vocals didn't change that much due to her pregnancy lol. Adele is the one whose vocals went shit after pregnancy. Kuu, on the other hand, still sounds great live.

^ She also went through a surgery on her vocal chords, didnt she? That might have really had something with it, bit either way her vocals did not go THAT bad not even a bit :laugh
I don't think her voice changed much, I didn't even notice a change tbh lol She sounded great as usual imo on both JAPONESQUE and BV Tour, had some troubles on the 2nd limited live (but then she was sick, that's another issue), great again during WOML Tour and then she had some missteps towards the end of the year, but I think that's cause she was singing the hell out of her, she was really busy last year. I hope she recovered properly since THE ARTIST and won't pull it too much on this year (but thn the tour goes on till November........) And about those songs on the jacket... A year ago I'd have said "of course they're gonna be on the setlist, why would they put those names there and not use them?", buuut ayu used some songs lyrics on the TA Tour goodies and they did not make it to the show, so I'm not sure this time :laugh But I do think SHHH! is gonna be a song name, it would TOOO random if not. If it's gonna be a single, I hope she releases Cupcake with it! |
I think Adele sounds fine, even after the surgery on her vocal chords. She said her vocal range got even a little better after the surgery, so yeah, I think she still sounds really good.
The problem with Kuu is that her latest songs are quite loud, with a lot of shouting, but when she sing songs that are more soft and with her regular tone, she sounds good like always. The only thing that is bothering me is the way that she's singing her ballads right now, like she has a delay of one second with the instrumental. It's this new way that she sings Ai no Uta, but it doesn't stop in just one song. The performance of you, Moon Crying and Brave during The Artist, it's like the song get even slower. The upbeat songs sounds fine, but the ballads... I don't know if you guys can understand what I'm trying to say. haha |
