Can't believe her son is 4 already! She seems to be more active on Instagram recently which is great!

Such a waste on her talent. She can even work as a producer for others she is so talented.

I saw this thread and got excited because maybe there was news of her releasing new music lol I'm happy for her, she seems happy with her family and her son is a cutie.

It's truly unfortunate. I wish she would at least like release stuff on SoundCloud or something. I still want to hear her voice! She doesn't have to go for lush productions or extravagant sounds, I'd be down for even basic acoustic stuff. But hey, if she's happy then so be it.

Awesome news! The world needs her music. I suppose it will continue her trend of getting softer and softer. I'd like cool music like the Lost Lolli era (and all those mini albums), but I will be happy even if she releases songs like "Sunlight" lol

I'm gonna have to agree with you. :( In 2013, if I recall it correctly, she also mentioned that new music was "in the making" and that never happened... She must be too busy selling stuff on Etsy. Besides that, being a mother is definitely a full-time job, so I understand she's taking her time.

I really miss OLIVIA, though, and I hope a comeback is *really* happening this time.

Doesn't she have a sister or some other relative or friend who also a musician? She might be working on someone else music

Yes, last time she was talking about making new music, she specifically said, that it is not, what we probably expect. Probably for one of her siblings, cause she is writing for them.
This time she said she's working on an album without anything coming with it. So more likely her own.

I think the greatest album release was in 2010, but her last single was in 2009.

I really hope there will be new music soon.

A friend of mine bought something from Olivia's Etsy shop and wrote a little message to her, and Olivia wrote back that she was working on (can't remember if it was just "music" or "an album") this was....3 years ago :dead2

I remember long ago, she said that she was making happier music (around the time of Trinka Trinka) because she was happier. And yes, some great music came out due to that. But I really hope she went back to a darker style, like that period of those 4 mini albums and The Lost Lolli. But I have a weird feeling it will be an album full of "Sunlight"'s or "Sailing Free". We'll see.

It's so nice to see she's still working on music even though her life must be very different now (and also busier, as a mom). I'm sure she's going to surprise us when the new music comes out. I'm here hoping for a mini-album (because I always loved that format—not too long, not too short).

I hope for a full album. If it's a mini, I can deal, but I want a lot of material from her, after this drought. I think, if given the choice, most fans want a full album. Minis are for when you are between regular releases and you want to put some stuff out quick. Right now, she has had a lot of time to only put out a mini album. I'd be annoyed to be honest lol

I didn't bought the CD + DVD of The Cloudy Dreamer at that time when it was released and somemore back then I don't know how to convert DVD footages to .avi
