To commemorate the 20th anniversary of "Cyber TRANCE presents ayu trance", a special edition that completes all remixes including unreleased versions will be released on October 8th.

Released on September 27, 2001 "Cyber TRANCE presents ayu trance", album of Ayumi Hamasaki's representative songs remixed by top-notch trance producers, sold over 700,000 copies and was a #3 on the Oricon chart.

At that time, it was unique in the world that a single artist's remix album brought together such a luxurious remixers. In fact, it was the first successful performance by a Japanese artist, ranked 11th in the UK club chart and 2nd in the German club chart, and it swept the charts of European countries. It became a big topic both in Japan and abroad, such as playing big names at festivals and being licensed on mix CDs of many famous European DJs.

In this special edition there are versions that were recorded only on the analog 12 inch produced for promotion for DJs to play at clubs, versions that were distributed only on overseas licensed boards, and unreleased versions.

How random lol Any news of remastering?

I saw this earlier on twitter but didn't understand if there'll be a physical release. Guess not? Didn't see anything about pricing yet.

Either way I am SO excited for this, the ayu trance series is so flawless and one of the best remixes series I have ever seen.

It was a miss not to include appears kyau & albert mixes. Far superior than the armin mixes. I just adore them.

But still excited about this release! If only to pay the series the respect it deserves!!

This was amazing, and hopefully the "Club mixes" are longer. The original remixes were too short!

Such a classic and still my favorite of her trance albums! So it's only getting a digital release for now? I assume it'll be Spotify, iTunes, etc then? Well, I'm sure looking forward to it!

The only interest will be if the songs are remastered...

It will be digital, I saw the announcement on Ayu's YouTube channel community and it has the japanese word for digital release on it.

I mean, it would be ridiculous to release this in physical format while skipping Duty 20th anniversary.

Fly high (Sound of Ibiza) and SURREAL (Dub) are most likely vinyl rips, but the rest sounds incredible.
I've always listened to a low quality rip of Trauma (Dumonde Dub Mix), but the studio version has so many details that I couldn't appreciate before! :love

This album is everything !!! I'm so happy to finally hear some DUB version or extended version. It brings so memories !! It's really amazing ! For me, this album is just the best trance vocal album. Iconic songs, iconic DJ, iconic cover !!! Yesterday, I (re)watched the M ''Above & beyond Remix'' PV and it's still really amazing after all these years. Now I wish the same thing for some remix from AyuTrance 2...
