any body know any good remix programs, thanks a lot ^-^:P

i think Acid is good to start off with
or FruityLoops

well, Acid just arranges music... a bit like the equivalent of cut, copy & paste in Photoshop but this is music. or u could compare it to a pair of DJ turnatables... that kinda stuff u know

but FruityLoops is more geared towards creating music.

i want to take like 6 different songs..and blend them all but in different parts..like that ayu trance remix...that one guy made b4!

As Mariko said, I use Acid for making mixes, but with the right loops and lots of patience, you can also make your own songs with the program. I like the program, since it allows me to blend songs together by altering the tempo and whatnot, but as Surreal said, FruityLoops is more of a music creation program, vs. a music mixing program that Acid is usually made out to be.

blend songs.... yes that calls for Acid.
i think you'll want Acid. its probably better for what u want to do

I think he means the mix DJ Leon make a few months back with some Ayu-Trance 3 songs.

From what I remember in the comment within the file, I believe DJ Leon did use Acid, but he may have used that in conjunction with 1 or more audio-mixing programs.

ACID is really not that simple if you know how to use it to it's full capabilities :( When I created Fly High (Deep Delusion Mix Ver 2.0) it was all done with ACID and SoundForge :) You can do more than jus' cut 'n' paste, but I'm sure that's as far as most people get :laugh

Yeah, seems the A-TRIBUTE project kinda f'got all 'bout me :P It's understandable though, with the name change 'n' all goin' from "Ayu-mi-yake" to "DJ Deep Delusion" :cool I'm incognito, you can't see me *wears a fern* I've moved on from Fly High since I want to tweak it more and MORE each time I hear it, but I might be able to get a mix of the last version back up sometime in the near future :)

Easier said than done guys ;) If you want a shoddy remix, of course I could jus' cookie-cut one out to ya, but if you want a REAL remix, I'd need the acapella track seperately and those are like pullin' teeth to get avex to release :mad Unlike higher profile DJ's, I do not have the funds to pay the royalty charges to use Ayu's vocal. Those in my position are still stuck with the vocal tracks of yore to remix, but I've been impressed with how fresh a lot of us have been able to make these older vocals :syeah

why not do other artists with a cappella tracks? Namie Amuro has released 2 and Mai K has released 1, as far as I know. I mean, there's a lot that can be done with them. If you're running out of steam on the Ayu vocals.

I don't know. I just got the idea, because the videos for Fighter and ourselves are so much alike.

A question to all the remixers out there:

Which program(s) would allow me to create synth effects like that of Iio - Rapture (AvB Mix) or Dance Nation - Dance (Fire & Ice Mix) ? My guess is that either Fruity Loops or Reason allows you to do this, but I'm not sure. If you don't have these songs, I can send them to you, but I'd like to know which program(s) can do this, as I've been thinking of this awesome song in my head for several days! It's called "My Heart Is Burning" (tentative), and to me, it's the slickest song I've ever heard (even though I've yet to actually listen to it :laugh !!). Any help on this, as well as knowing how to make it would be appreciated ;) !

huh? christina starts off as a pin-chucking beetle then turns into a moth, ayu gets harrassed by psychos and a lot of bizarre stuff happens in [ourselves]..
the concepts for both pvs are competely different...
the only similarities i can see between the two is they [ayu + xtina] both look quite gothic in parts [christina as the beetle + "dark" ayu]
but when i saw [ourselves] i didnt think ~omg, shes copied christina~ or nothing like that... :shrug
i like both the videos, but [ourselves] has a lot more going for it imo... the parts where xtinas eyes change colour to fit with the moths is very nice imagery thou...

I'm gonna download ACID too and see what I can come up with.
