According to AYUCHINA, INSPIRE LEADING VERS~ will be soon on sale in CHINA~

In essence, there are rumours about Ayu's 34th single which will be soon previewed on the Kose' as well as the Lumix CM in late August~

This time, it might be a single or amazingly a MAXI ALBUM.

Ultimately, according to past news in YAHOO.TW ayu fan club, new remixes album will be on sale in SEPTEMBER once again~~~~~~

WTF is a maxi-album!? Maxi singles refers to 12" CDs, all albums are 12" CDs anyways. :rolleyes

Like ~K+ already said, MAXI is a reference to the DISC size of the cd. A full sized CD is a Maxi CD. This is why there are the Poker Face Maxi single and regular single, the first regular release was on a mini disc, the second on a full disc (also with more tracks). People confuse "maxi" to mean that the single is 10 tracks, but it's referring to the actual size of the disc itself, not to the amount of content on it.

All albums are full sized CDs. "Maxi album" would be a redundant term, and is well, never used and pretty much non-existant.


Anyway, though the term doesn't make sense, I wouldn't take it as a mistake that meant mini album, only because we know this source is entirely unreliable.

Anyway, I'm not going to lock it (I'd love to, mind you) but this ISN'T news so it doesn't belong here, and will be moved.

I don't see the point of releasing remix albums again, her last three ones sold so little that the total sales of them together barely surpassed 100,000 units... Heck, avex ain't so dumb, talking about the profit, they could easily tell otsuka ai to come with a single then add a DVD to it.
