carols not shipping
 

Ok I called yesasia to enquire about my ayu cd&Dvd of carols and they said they couldnt source it for 35 days!!

has anybody else that has bought off of yesasias global site had theirs shipped yet??

get ahold of them if yours hasnt as this could be a major problem.

I'll just have to cancel my order then... and order it at CDJapan...

they ship my stuff just fine. Where are u guys at? that could be a reason i am in Maryland?

hm well I ordered alot at once, including carols. It has been in the preorder status but now it's searching from suppliers. Like some other CDs :S

yeah yesasia apparently had major trouble sourcing and it could take up to 7 days even if you pre ordered it.

That's odd isn't it? First we haven't been getting the single uploaded as early as we usually would get it, and now a brand new item is at a searching-from-supplier status.

Few copies must've been pressed initially for some odd reason.

WHAT?! THIS IS HORRIBLE!!! Argh! I want my CD already!!!

Well, I can't even get into my account on yesasia...I can do everything else but it refuses to let me check my account... UGH!

On the single page though it still says "usually ships within seven days."

I pre-ordered mine on 23rd when I was away, and when I checked it yesterday it said 'waiting to be shipped'. Today I can't log into the account, so I checked the emails sent about orders and it said Carols would be sent 7th October. I hope that's right, and I don't have to wait 35 days. I can't afford to cancel the order and try CDJapan... :(

Well... don't forget the CCCD thing was just lifted last week. Although that just means putting less stuff on the CD, so I don't see how that would affect the printing time for a disc.

CDJapan shipped mine fine they had stock right away.

Just yesasia had issues and it will take 7 days to ship even if you preordered it.
They couldnt get any preorder stock.

Usually yesasia ships out on day of release.

I had wondered why YesAsia hadn't shipped out on release date...

rawr, i can login i just can't check status. i don't want to wait forever for it. i wonder if that's part of why first week sales were so much lower than the previous singles?

Well, I'm glad at least to know that I'm not the only one who can't get into my account.

I really hope I don't have to wait THAT long for the single though... :(

If you can't get into your account then browse on yesasia first.. It works for me to get into my account from a different location.. Also.. My 2 copies of Carols are 'ready in stock' now:D just took a while

I might try that now - I tried it earlier and it didn't work.


Edit: Managed to get the login page up, but it's taking too long to log in, and I get a 'page cannot be displayed' message. :headache

That's odd - on YesAsia's page it's stated that the CD+DVD, CD and DVD-Audio are in stock, usually ships within 2 days...

Only the SACD is supposed to ship within 7-14 days... your copies should be sent by now....

I'm waiting for the overseas version of the CD... just can't take any longer!

it doesnt seem to be out in my area :( just went to my supplier and no luck :'(

The CD+DVD and other formats seem to be okay now. I wish I didn't cancel it... oh well... since yesasia already refunded the $19.99...

Am trying to find out if mine's been sent... it's taken several minutes to simply login... and taking a few more minutes to just view the order in the account...

i have no idea..i cant even log in to my account...****...what the hell is going on...i cant even cancel my order...yesasia is not trusted anymore

It takes longer to login, just have patience. This isn't the first time there's been changes to login, it doesn't mean they can't be trusted. Their service regarding the site and what's really going on aren't being reconciled, it does need work, though. I hope they get it all sorted soon, as not everyone has the luxury of cancelling and ordering from a more expensive site shipping-wise.

Hrm...I got into my account, my order status is:

"Your order is in the process of being transferred from Asia to our US warehouse. Your order will be shipped from our US warehouse to you in the next 2 business days using your chosen shipping method."

Well, hope it gets here soon...
