Yeah!!!! I like the way the new song is turning out!! The album I think IMHO is going to rock!! ^^

walking proud sounds like a nice ballad... damnit, i cannot wait for the new album ><...
so so far we have heard 6 songs or snippets
moments, inspire, game, about you, carols, walking proud ...fair and balanced among her pop and her ballads i would say...

It sounds alright....But I'll still buy her new album, just because I've been waiting a long time for it...

Yeah! That means all the tracklists we have been given so far are fakes. Cuz there's not such mention of a song called walking proud. LOL, ok, we all know they are fakes! Haha, but I'm like repeating this song for the 1000th time. Just 15 seconds and it's enough to blow me away. Can't wait for them to release the full song. Do you think this will be the single Ayu says she wants to squeeze in before her album release? Anyway, I think the next single Ayu's going to release is going to be some 3 track thing, or at least I hope. Because every year she does one. Like first it was A, then H and last year it was &. So I don't know whether she would want to release something like that again!

LOL! Like the Moments incident? Haha, everyone was speculating whether it was Ayumi but it seems like haha, Ayu's song are always used for her CMs! So yar, it has got to be Ayu. Hehe, I don't really know why people don't like the song, but well, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Hehe, cuz it's just SO NICE! Ok ... lol, you can expect such a reply from someone who has replayed the song from afternoon till evening :P

Lol, I'm mad! Haha, but I do love how the whole arrangement goes. It's very beautiful. I'm also thinking that the title sounds weird but haha, I don't really care. At least it's not something like a MAJOR error or something. Maybe Ayu should just stick to one word titles, in that way, there are less chances of her getting a boo boo in her song titles. But walking proud, lol, it sounds very "lift your head high above the skies, chest out and SING", I don't know why, maybe because of the word "proud". Well, since the title is as such, I think it's unique so I don't really mind.

"walking proud" isn't uncommon at all. I think this is one of her most clear and skillful song titles. I don't no why people find it so strange. Something just for everyone to say, perhaps?

"walking proud" isn't an odd title at all. It's a pretty common expression used in English and I'm sure the lyrics of the song will match the title. The song sounds nice so far, but I will have to wait to make a valid opinion until I hear more. Fifteen seconds is far too short to be hating it or loving it yet. The CM is pretty as well.

Well regardless of it being named in a way different to her past songs I guess its best to remember it is by Ayu. So it is an "Ayu-ish" title, therefore.
I think this song sounds excellent from what I've heard, btw. I am in anticipation of the new album! When you add this song and "About You" to the existing output of this year it will be a great album indeed!

I judged Carols after seeing the Panasonic CM and I thought it sounded like crap. Then I heard the full song and found out it was beautiful.

I personally think it's a very Ayu-ish sounding title. Considering the new direction her music has been taking, ie, more hopeful and warm, it seems like a perfectly resonable title. I like the title. Maybe she wanted "Walking Tall" but couldn't cause of the movie =p

Mmm ... what do you mean by Ayu-ish song titles? I think she's just trying to like break free of that genre, and make everything more different. I still like what she has released this year, just that I need more fast and upbeat songs. Moments, CAROLS and walking proud, yar, great ballads but then haha, I'm not really happy with the upbeat side though (INSPIRE, GAME and About You).

Still, I think I'll hear the full version to really decide whether the song is nice.

well, remember how Inspire sounded a little different from those early previews.. the entire CM is only 15 seconds so far.

the CM is very nice, but the song... nothing new,, "hearable" at least, far better than the stream of "about you" , the title, I agree with Nicolas, it is a very clear title BUT, she again repeats the theme, fogiving herself and that stuff, I need something new.

I'd hafta agree with Zesty ;p but that's what makes Ayu Ayu! D: That and her high pitched, squeaky wail when trying to hit high notes (like in forgiveness) ;o But that doesn't mean this song isn't awesome :3 Even though it's only 15 seconds, I've been replaying it over and over for the last hour ._. <-- loser.
