I would love a Memorial address/MY STORY remix album but I wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't any.

and there probably won't be any more. The last set was a step down in quality and also sold poorly...so I doubt Avex will bother again. :grumpy

x_X i think the reason there wasnt another remix album after Memorial Address's release is because they only had 8 new songs to remix across 3/4 different remix albums. I think Avex realized its mistake when they did the RMX works, using mainly every song from Rainbow. That's (what i think at least) why the RMX works didnt sell all that well.

Now that MY STORY is officially out, Avex no longer has 8 songs to work with, but 25. Maybe more remix albums will be coming out around the usual time in September.

The recent remix albums have been quite bad.

I'd prefer Acoustic Ochestra, or Ayu-Trance. Ayu-Mi-X are getting bad.

Then you have to put into account that half of the songs on Remix albums are usually either that of "old" songs or recycled. :o *glares at RMX works*

I would like to see some more remix albums, simply because I generally like them, and I want to see what they can do with the new songs. Things are way overdue for an AOV album.

How about an Ayu-mi-x VI NSMM+AOV? A 17 track album rotating the MY STORY tracks? But I'd rather buy a Memorial Address+3 latest singles AOV...

i think there wont be any, cos they dont sell anymore. rmx works sold 250000 combined. compared to the 1m sales of ayu-ro-mix 2

Yeah--- I would really like to see an Ayu-Trance CD... RMX didn't rub off on me at all, though. All the songs were the same, imo o.O

But an AOV... at least something should be released.

I agree that the more recent remix albums haven't been that good.
I also don't think they will release any more remix albums in the future. When RMX works was released, wasn't there a rumor that those would be the final remix releases from Ayumi?

i don't see why there wouldnt be more remix albums. We all know avex loves making money, so not making MORE wouldnt really satisfy their craving.

Besides, like i said before, i think Avex learned its mistake in using the same album to span across 3 different cds. I think they showed that when they waited, instead of making new ones after MA.

well.. when they don't sell or sell enough, they lost money or not enough to justify the risk (everything has a business risk).

the whole albums will have dublicated songs fi they use it for remixing
but with MY STORY now they got more then enough
i still hope they make remix for ever free though..
also i can't wait for a acoustic version of walking proud

"dub" did the majority of the mixes of the ayu-mi-x cd, and his just aren't up to par with those of junior vasquez, hex hector, johnathon peters, h/\l, huge, etc.
in my opinion, anyway.
I want another above and beyond remix.
maybe of carols. yum.
in any case, I hope they don't give up on the remix cds.
since avex stopped producing maxi singles, there's not much chance to hear any remixes without them.

I was seriously let down by RMX works, I probably listen to those the least out of my ayu CDs.

But I don't want the remix CDs to stop. If anything, at least make another AOV CD, and a Eurobeat one. I would LOVE to hear AOV's of a the songs from MA and MS, and eurobeat versions of "ourselves", "because of you" or even "moments" =D

I'll be kinda sad if she doesn't make any more remix CDs, because her singles are dwindling down to only have 4 songs. What happened to the 10 track singles!?

yes, the RMXworks compilations were rumoured to be the last original remix albums she would release

I wish avex would have focused on using hot or well-known domestic talent, or international artists connected to avex, a bit more.
