I guessed they changed the title from 'FOR LOVERS' to 'crossover'. It was also originally suppose to contain a new version of 'Viola' shame they didn't. I'll probably pick up the Overseas Version of this. I'm hoping for some good upbeat pop/dance songs but NOT like Garnet Moon, that song was just dissapointing.

What are the crossover versions? I hope they're remixes. I might get this...

I'm not too fond of the cover myself but it will be nice to see new versions of the songs. A full new album would probably be nicest but this will be just fine too.

I find it a little unfair that Hitomi Shimatani's mini album has more tracks than Memorial address, but what can you do? This album looks like it will be good.

Described on her site as "Classical Mood Pops" or what Avex wants to describe as a hybrid between pop and classical music. I think this might be a very interesting mini-album.

Her website has been renewed with a layout for her "crossover" album. I like it, and hope that some of the pics will be used in the booklet.

Wow, I just saw those pictures on her site, and I also hope they're in the booklet. I really want this, and I'll probably buy the OS version if Ai Otsuka's Photobook sells out before I can buy it...:D

Did anyone who ordered this get it yet? I'm interested how the crossover versions sound, how the booklet is, etc. I'm planning on buying the OS one sometime after MUSIC comes out...:D

Now that I've heard the mp3s, I think I'll be buying this. YesAsia didn't have an Overseas version when I checked last, but I hope one will be available soon.

I really like it! The new songs are wonderful, and the crossover versions are great, too! The only one I didn't like was Shanty, but I never liked the original either. >.<

I was going to upload the album as soon as I got it, but ImpactBreaker beat me to it. Which is good, because I still haven't gotten it... hopefully it comes in the mail today.

Next time you're on Mirai Noah, can you describe some of the booklet? I can't wait till I get mine, but it won't be for another two weeks. I listened to the whole thing last night with headphones (all music should be heard with headphones or surround sound to hear it the best, IMO) and it was really good. But most of the crossover versions weren't too impressive, and didn't sound too different, but at least I'll have Shanti and Perseus now! I keep repeating the first song because it's the best one of the album, but it's so ends so quickly! :(

Okay, it's comes with slipcase, which I assume is limited. The picture on the front the slipcase is the same as the cover of the booklet, and the back of the slipcase is the same back of the tray insert, but the slipcase tinted. The pic on the back is another pose of her on the chess board style tile.

Inside, there are two papers inserted. One is for the Avex Point Club thing, and the other says the CD's serial number, which you need in order to access a special live on a special website. Apparently the live with be streaming or something, on March 19th.

The booklet itself has a classy feel, with pillars, cherubs, and red roses. There's a couple pictures of her in posing in the outfit she's wearing in my set, plus the outfit with hat with the black veil. I think it's a very lovely booklet.

I just heard it yesterday, and was very impressed. This was probably the best Hitomi album I had *ever* heard. Usually I'm a bit put off by tracks over six minutes long, but "I Will" was so cool with the African feel! I too liked all the tracks except for Shanti...but then again I also didn't like the original that much. ^^;

I'm definitely getting the OS version of this CD. Yay for Hitomi!

Well, Shanti is just an... interesting song to begin with. ;)

Frankly, I don't like the album. Some songs shouldn't be orchestrated, and that includes dance pop. Sadly, "PERSEUS" and "GARNET MOON" sounded quite wrong. "tsuioku + LOVE LETTER" was fine, though.

I like classical but this one struck me as a little off. Maybe I'll get to re-listening it one of these days.

I really like the first track.
'Perseus'' new version sounded great.

Overall I really like the album.
One thing I really didn't like was they cut part of 'tsuioku+LOVE LETTER' out.

Does anyone know if it'll ship with UPS or USPS depending on how much I order? Would 3 albums, a CD+DVD (big case) and a Japan Mini qualify for a package in the mail, or a box at the door?

The big reason I'm buying this is for the first track, Tsuiko+Love Letter, Shanty (My three favorite tracks on it) and the lyric book/any other case/disc art...

Since my only other Hitomi Shimatani thing I have is Tsuiko+Love Letter CD+DVD Jpn Version, it's nice to get Perseus and Garnet Moon too. :)

According to yesasia, they will upgrade it, at their expense, if your package contains any high valued item.

I really have no idea what high valued items they're talking about cause when they decided to upgrade a package I ordered last year, it only included two singles and a magazine.

I donno.. I ordered mine in cdjapan. The shipping is truely expensive. But the packaging amazed me. The box is very very well sealed and the items came to me in absolutely perfect condition.
