all fans could sing the CHORUS part !!! although it was just about 5 days released 'till the last day of the tour (about 19 April~24 April)
We'll see the "improvement" of this Single, coz I think this time (2005)...ayu started to Rise up a bit than last year...even still..we can't compare to 2000~2002 years

That is very strange! Usually singles either stay in the top 2 spot for a number of weeks or slowly go down the charts. Never seen yo-yo sales before.

wow! perhaps some Ayu fans got to know the single later, so they will buy it at a later time, since advertisements were bad..

It's not that strange. The single is selling at a constant rate, there's no oscilations in the rate it is being sold, like the chart might make us think. The changes in positions reflects some other artists have released new singles after STEP you, stay at number one for the first days to quickly fall, making STEP you rise in the charts again plus the fact that while STEP you sales decline the probability of it being surpassed by a single that was selling pretty good before it was released gets higher.

maybe these sudden changes are due to releases of other singles? oh well, it's not bad~

It's nice to know that her single is selling well, and it's not very common to see singles going up and down in the charts like this, a good sign that people liked her new single ^^

well yeah thats wat happened~!!!! wow u actually counted them and for me i lost count!

The only interesting thing is the fact that it's still at #3 after three weeks, usually her singles just sell A LOT really fast and then die off the charts... this time it's been lingering WHICH IS GOOD! 300,000 sales here we come!

It's been interesting to watch the position change. Since I was a bit worried how well this single would do I think I've been paying the chart more attention than with her 04 singles.

As much as I wanted to buy the single as soon as it was released , it took me a while to wonder if the single was worth getting. But then when I listened to the AHS karaoke contest, I got hooked on Step You where I d/l'ed the Mp3 until my single arrived in the mail.

So I guess people catch onto the single at different times? Just a thought *shrugs*

Is that weekly or daily charts? I think the daily charts are more prone to go 'up and down'.

I bought it pretty late after.... I was a bit happy though, even though it was SUPER-expensive.... it was 24.99 at Hakubundo (they get everything first)... but I got it pretty late.... May 9th....
