Apparently, MY STORY CLASSICAL was released in Korea on 6/30..hm.

I wait a really long time for Ayu stuff. I won't be getting MY STORY until sometime next week! That's 7 months after the original release!! o_o;

Either the lyric book is Korean, or, like the usual OS (Chinese/HK) versions, it will have the normal booklet, with a Korean lyric insert. The OBI will probably have Korean too. :)

It takes a while for Korea to get stuff I guess. Some albums are released in Japan and not released in Korea for a long time. L'Arc~en~Ciel's "RAY" wasn't released until this year :laugh

i'll have to wait a few more weeks until they release the indonesian version, the overseas version is so expensive [for me], so i'll just wait for the local one...

There's an Indonisian version too? OK. Like how many are them out there?

in my city, surabaya of indonesia... theres no overseas version sold *unless u oprdered from yes asia/several shops -> not copyrighted shop.... so they will make a lot of profit from those overseas u ordered + sometimes the case is broken etc etc*... it is so disappointing... so what im trying to do is... when some of my friends go back from abroad/jakarta -> they sold overseas cd with reasonable price... I order from my friend ^_^... Indonesia version doesnt contain the DVD... thats why i not buy it... The original cd is 75000 rupiahs or maybe 7-8 US dollars... because if they sell with the dvd the price will raise up to 200.000++ -> 20 us dollar++.. n a lot of people cant afford it...
PS: i cant order from yesasia coz dont have credit card... + if no one go back to surabaya i.. with a deep heart have to order from those shops... its better than getting nothing hohohoho ^^

i'm guessing all versions release outside Japan would be technically Overseas versions, local to each market.

and i think it has only been relatively recently that Korea has allowed Japanese artists to release locally in Korea (wasn't Memorial address, the first official local ayu release there??)

so for a long time, Overseas versions had only been HK, Taiwan, Malaysia etc.
but i guess, they have labelled Korean version specifically for now.
there shouldn't be anything signficantly different, other than the company that manufactures/markets/distributes it(for e.g. Overseas HK releases by Avex's subsidiary Avex Asia in HK), the name on the obi reflecting the market language; and an addition of a lyric translation sheet. Furthermore, they are not allowed to be sold in/to Japan (this also happens in games amongst other region controlled products).

Since yesasia has a warehouse based in HK, the general consensus of OS versions they sell, are Overseas, HK release.

i tho, happen to buy only releases from Japan~
