Songs never performed live
 

I remembered a discussion about why kanariya was never performed live (conert/tour and unpublished performances), and I noticed some others that were never performed either.

I didn't include the 2005 songs (so far alterna and Will weren't performed, but they're new) and I wasn't sure if most songs from MY STORY counted because they're kind of new (almost a year).

So, was it just because some of these songs weren't popular? I was just wondering what the deal is. :P lol

Depend on You was performed live several times at the beginning of her career, I believe. And I think "Happy Ending" was included in the Arena Tour '05. But as for the rest... you're right. I don't really have any answers about those, but it's quite a shame. I think "As If..." is an especially underrated song. I would've liked to hear it live.

Sotsugyou Shashin might not have been performed since it was a cover...(but she performed Haru yo koi...)

I don't think FRIEND II has ever been performed, or has it?

a lot of songs from A SONG FOR xx was never performed either..and I don't think FRIEND II was ever performed.

Also... I don't think "still alone" was performed. :( And that was one of my favorite songs.

Edit: It appears that you're referring to "Signal" because "still alone" wasn't recorded until the "I am..." album, which wasn't released until 2002.

bates, it was performed at a secret live. So it's never officially been out.

yep.. some of those you have listed have been performed but many others have not been performed.. i would really like to hear her sing the songs

I took away a couple songs. HAPPY ENDING, Replace, and HONEY. I guess I forgot to look at Arena Tour 2005. *feels stupid*

do interludes (or introductions?) really count? i dont think she would perform them anyway...unless she has before???

Anyway, yeah it would seem that way, but I mean some like opening Run and taskinillusion were performed so... *shrug* Yeh. Ayu's vocal songs rock more anyway. XP

Yes, she has performed too late durring her 2000 tour and 2002 Stadium tour. Many of the songs off of herfirst album were performed ata secret live that was never televised.

Don't forget "kanariya."

I guess she didn't perform them (because alot are at the beginning of her career) and she was just getting big... so she wasn't as requested... and whe she got big she had more songs and she chose the more opoular ones... plus she really couldn't perform her early songs anymore because her voice has grown a little deeper... But when she tries she does a good job :)

I personally think everlasting dream would've been a cool performance! I can just picture it now... *dreams* ;)

I wonder if she's performed And Then...? That's one of my favorite songs from her. It would be awesome to see it performed live.

I was disappointed to hear that she didn't perform "LIAR" on her MY STORY TOUR!! I really liked that song on the CD!
