This is going to be a big promotion for the album, hope it really sells well, at least as good as MY STORY~

thats cool to see the advertisement...and although i'm not crazy for the covers, at least they added some text over the heart, that helps a little.

It reminds me of A Best too. The footage on her NTV special interview. Didn't they did anything like that for My Story?

c'mon! i dunno why most of ppl don't like the cover! well i think it's not as artistic as her other cover's album but i think it's not that bad! ayu just change the way she make her album's cover more simple! just look at all this year's singles, it's just ayu posing in cover & now it's same for the album's cover! It happens to all artists as big as Ayu when they release an album. A similar kind of promotion was used for Kumi's 12 singles. Nothing wrong with it.

we may think that those was the covers...but what if the covers are different when it released? ayu might want to give you guys the missunderstood feelings...:lol:
I believe AVEX is not stupid enough to release such simple covers....so a big change is expected to make ppl gettin missunderstood....

Avex have never done anything like that before, put out covers on the official site, have online stores use them, advertise them in the streets and then release different covers. All this advertising costs Avex money, so I don't really think they would put all that money into making the adverts and then probably paying for them to be placed there, then turn around and put more money into making other covers and then advertising them. At this point, not far from the release date, we have images for the album covers that are being heavily used, we have the covers of the photobooks, we have a tracklist, it really does look like everything is set.

well, ayu tends to do something to freak out all her fans, I think it may be possible for her to do this (remember that she got power to control avex)

Ah, I see :yes Well, it would be nice if that would happen, and she definitely has more power now to do what she wants, but I doubt she has that much control, especially when it comes to promotion because I don't think Avex would put that much money into two different promotions when they're already printing the copies. It would be nice if there was another set, though :yes If there is any change, it might be that those are first press covers and there might be regular covers after that, perhaps...

yeh...the wouldn't change the cover now..everyone will be going out to look for that cd, and if they change the cover there would be far too much confustion because there would be no recognition of the picture. part of the way marketing works is that you keep seeing that same image over and over so it clicks when you see it in the store.

She don't control AVEX. She control her own carreer. But she don't control things as how much money AVEX will use to promote her album.

but don't you think we would have any alternative covers like MY STORY, A BEST, & A BALLADS for the first press? I mean you get that silly covers if you order later and get different cover if you buy the first press/limited edition....I believe avex want to get more sales....just like koda's 12 singles...

I understand your disappointment, most of us are a bit disappointed with the covers. Avex aren't doing alternative covers like they have done, instead they have the photobooks with the first press editions. I was thinking that perhaps these could be the slipcase covers and there might be a different cover to the booklet inside that would be used with regular press editions. It's most likely that these are the final covers though. I think that if they were going to something with different covers like the 12 singles, we would already know about it. I haven't seen Avex or any other company put so much money into promoting one thing and then turning around and surprising people with a different cover, as someone already said, it would just be confusing and could mean they lose some sales if they do that.
