Ayu is unfortunately being blammed

According to some of the newspaper acticle, ayu is being blammed because by the replacement of the live football match by her countdown concert.I was so worried because all of the football fans is angry with Ayu, they thought that the football match is suppose being shown as live but it is pushed to 2 hours later after ayu concert. The article also warned ayu to be careful of herself because she has irritated all the football fans in Japan.

I hope this incident will not affected her album and single sales.

Piccolo 30th January 2003 04:29 AM

Whoah they blame Ayu for what is being aired on TV? I REALLY doubt she picked what time to air her concert. They should "blame" the people who order the shows if they are pissed.

nmskalmn 30th January 2003 04:35 AM

Something similar happened during the World Cup, didn't it? I think there was a conflict between OPEN AIR LIVE and one of the finals matches...can't recall exactly...

charmy 30th January 2003 04:49 AM

Ayu wasn't the one who in charge to do that. So, that wasn't Ayu's fault. Football fans can't only blame Ayu. That's not fair!!!

Biscuitgirl 30th January 2003 05:00 AM

Ayu is NOT the one who decides when and where she goes on tv. It isn't her fault. And who cares if a bunch of football fans are mad at her. What are they going to do to her? They shouldn't be angry because they had to wait a couple of extra hours to watch a football game. What kind of game comes on at 11 at night anyway? Was it American football? They'll get over it. How retarded.

fantaisie.sign 30th January 2003 05:04 AM

It's another pointless fiasco to rouse more Japanese Ayu bashers. Ayu is not in control of when her concert airs -- both the television station and those in charge of the concert are. It really annoys me how people point the finger at the celebrity his/herself whenever something like that happens instead of the real people in charge.

romi9 30th January 2003 05:43 AM

This is ridiculous..they should go protest to the tv station , not blaming Ayu for the delay in telecast of the match... :eek

destiny_ayu 30th January 2003 06:39 AM

ITS NOT AYU'S FAULT........... how can they anihow accuse of ayu.... i hate soccer.....i would prefer to watch ayu's live than the live of soccer...

Sakura_Drops 30th January 2003 09:40 AM

Oh god I'm sorry too say this but are those fotball fans stupid....Everybody knows that Ayu don't control the time when she's going too show her stuff on tv.....Besides it's only 2 hours, it's not like somebody is going too die.

EdenZone 30th January 2003 09:44 AM

yup.... pointless and unfair allegations........rubbish........Eventhough I'm A soccer fan too......

angela 30th January 2003 09:55 AM

so poor thing for ayu!

ayurules 30th January 2003 10:00 AM

ayu is not to blame!!!!~~
it's not her fault!!!!!!!!!!!!!~~~

trainspotter01 30th January 2003 10:00 AM

only the newspaper r saying those football fans r getting and stuff.....this could be true but i dun blame them tho
it's just like when u r expecting to see an ayu concert on tv but suddenly it changes to some other programme, u would be upset too rite?
and i'm pretty sure ppl were just upset at that moment......they'll get over it easily

Grantith 30th January 2003 12:01 PM

haha crazy crazy. I'm not worried about it. It wasn't her fault, no big deal. :P

boogieordie 30th January 2003 12:12 PM

Ok.. would someone else like to suggest when a countdown concert should be held? let's see, I think that around New Year's would be a good choice.. adoy.. hahaha.. when is she supposed to have her concert? January 10 or something?? This is a YEARLY occurence, they know when her concert will be.. they need to stop whinning and realize they're the ones that are stupid because this concert is at the SAME TIME every year.

Ashley

isaac hiew 30th January 2003 12:18 PM

From my source, the soccer fans DID protest to the Tv station, for changing the program to ayumi's countdown concert live. However, I didn't heard any of them really "blaming" ayumi. So cheer up, guys.

ImpactBreaker 30th January 2003 12:23 PM

It's better to look at a pretty woman singing and dancing on the stage than to look at a bunch of sweating men running on the ground after a ball LOL:laugh :roflmao :laugh

isaac hiew 30th January 2003 12:27 PM

Ok, I know that soccer isn't the sport that favorites many in US if compared to basketball, rugby (american football) and baseball.....

it really depends, rofl :roflmao

it's only the tv station's mixed up the programme.....that's all....

kazuni 30th January 2003 12:42 PM

haha... that's a ridiculous mislead if they really blame it on ayu... :P

x-cryoconite 30th January 2003 03:11 PM

wat ? how stupid can tht be ? its not ayu who is in charge of it ~ its those ppl wroking for the tv station !!!!

hiro 30th January 2003 03:49 PM

Football fans can be dangerous!

BTW: I heard a statistic saying that car accidents increase in the city of the losing team in the Super Bowl.

samuraiDRIVE 30th January 2003 07:52 PM

I'm thinking sports fanatics don't listen to Ayu anyway... so who cares? LoL!

DigitalGlitter 30th January 2003 08:06 PM

God its just a show! Waiting 2 more hours isnt going to kill them anyways. Plus ayu wouldnt have made that desicion when to air, its mostly the people who owns the tv company thingy

ChineseWarrior 31st January 2003 01:42 AM

thats bullsh*t why blame her??!?!?!blmae the people that picked the day and time to air it :laugh btw whats football??american football?? or soccer?

AyuRlz 31st January 2003 11:51 AM

hmm... is it really her fault? it should be the tv station! those people who get to see it are so lucky and they still blame ayu!

boogieordie 31st January 2003 12:18 PM

You know.. Ayu obviously has control of when she's doing a countdown live concert, it's obviously going to be around midnight on December 31st. If the TV station choses to air it over something else that's their problem and not Ayu's.

Ashley

SpiceSquad! 31st January 2003 01:08 PM

Yeah!! that's right. Canceling TV show or programme it's not AYU fault! It suposed to be the director or someone who work on that TV channel.

LOL, sports fans are dangerous in general. I remember once that a bunch of fans of a losing soccer team in Europe started on a rampage breaking stuff and setting cars on fire or something.

It's testosterone, I'm not ashamed to admit that even tho I'm a girl, I get very worked up when I'm at hockey games.

Battle Angel 31st January 2003 06:35 PM

Hmm... Ayu or a sporting event... Ayu or a sporting event...

Ayu.

kazuni 31st January 2003 10:09 PM

why Ayu of course! :thumbsup hehe

I take that back, sports mom and dads are the most dangerous!

Grantith 31st January 2003 11:17 PM

haha, remember the story about the hockey dad a while back that killed someone. I think he might have killed his son's coach or or his son's teamate's dad or something, lol. I don't remember the details. :P

kazuni 1st February 2003 12:26 AM

okay Grant let's hope that nothing like this would happen on ayu... -_-!

He got mad at the coach and killed him on the spot. No one is safe anymore at sports games. At a speedway a bridge caved in and fell when too many people was walking down from it after a racecar game ended. I'll just keep my TV handy instead. :laugh

ChineseWarrior 1st February 2003 02:25 AM

damn crazy people @_@ just a game

paper_doll 1st February 2003 03:08 AM

now thats just stoopid!

crimson! 1st February 2003 06:21 PM

:confused :shrug :evillaugh

AyuRlz 2nd February 2003 03:30 PM

Are people getting so stressed nowadays that they turn to sports?

fantaisie.sign 2nd February 2003 08:46 PM

No. . . it seems like whenever a couch potato isn't able to guzzle root beer and throw chips at the TV since a game isn't on, they immediately get mad at what's on instead and complain. :laugh

thats a funny fact! :laugh

graylix 3rd February 2003 07:27 PM

heh...poor Ayu.

Actually my cousin in England told me that its dangerous to go
to games there. Soccer has gotten a bad name because of a
bunch of stupid people who get drunk and go there to fight, and
not enjoy a great sport.

Hocky fans here in Canada are not normally violent. That incident
where that coach was killed is something that, I think, has never
happened before.

Personally, I don't see the problem of moving a game ahead 2 hours, but soccer fans are kind of passionate about their sport.

It happened last year in Boston, Massachusetts.

Quote:

From The Hamilton Spectator and January 2002 Archives.(http://www.hamiltonspectator.com/stevens/587272.html and http://www.nastybastard.org/archives/2002_01.php):

They even fight each other in the stands. In Boston, a parent killed his son's hockey coach. This guy beats to death another man in front of children and only gets 6-10 years? The sentence seems a little light to me, but I wasn't there and haven't followed the entire story. It just seems like he should have gotten a harsher sentence.

Biscuitgirl 4th February 2003 01:22 AM

Yeah, that guy definitely should have gotten longer. Whatever happened to life or death row? I mean, come on, that's a pretty light sentence for murder. If it had been an accident I'd understand.

fantaisie.sign 4th February 2003 05:34 AM

There's a website that talks about different events when parents have been violent at sports games: http://tftb.com/childfree/parentsbehavingbadly.htm There are stories ranging from parents fighting at (American) football games to baseball games.

Another news source of the hockey incident:
"January 12, 2002 - Hockey Dad Found Guilty - Cambridge, Massachusetts - He’s been called a raging bully, the 270-pound truck driver who killed another hockey dad with his fists. But a gentler picture of Thomas Junta will likely emerge when his family testifies at his sentencing later this month. Junta, 44, was convicted Friday of involuntary manslaughter in the July 5, 2000 beating death of Michael Costin. His lawyer says Junta is a “gentle giant” who, after his son took an elbow in the face, confronted Costin for running a rough hockey practice. The jury found Junta did not intend to kill Costin, but went too far during the fight at the Burbank Ice Arena in suburban Boston. He faces a maximum 20 year sentence, but guidelines recommend three to five years."

So it's not even safe to go to children's sporting events anymore. Sportsfans are always willing to start a fight, whether it's at the game or in front of their TV screen. If the game doesn't go their way, they'll fight for it, just like they did with Ayu's concert replacing the football game.

xluvayux 6th February 2003 09:22 PM

wow...Ayu seems to get blamed for lots of things...that must bite...I wonder if any of it is true ... it's ridiculous for how people treat her, personally...

ChineseWarrior 10th February 2003 02:01 AM

LMAO that is quite true wonder why??
