Why ayu never get into Guiness Record?

I hope that someday she might win a grammy. Seems you're not worthy of a Grammy unless you market your music to Americans.

Japan has it's own version of the Grammy's, why would it matter if she won an American award?

5 albums in the top 20? that's a record... but you have to APPLY your record at the guiness-book to get your name in it. Maybe Ayu doesn't want it

yeah, u cant just have it happen and it automatically get in. u have to send the "record" into the guiness book people to have them check everything out and stuff.

actually...sometimes things are jsut automatically put in the guinness book. If you are trying to break a record, that's when you have to apply

I don't really care for ayu reaching the guinness....Even though she's the queen of random awards, the GB is a master book of random records, some of them are just way too random :shrug

well if she isn't in the guiness book of world records then quite simply, she has not done anything that would put her there. in other words, she has not set a world record.

she has set records in japan, but that doesnt mean shes done it on the world level...

well, she can't decide if she has one...she hasn't broken any world records, if she did i'm sure they'd put her in there.

Ayu has done some records, but WGR mostly put Amercan records in there, many artsts in there didnt break World records, there are things like "Most consecutve No.1's in the US charts" and more~

actually i saw hikki on GBR once. (forgot which year) it was highest selling album in japan, and 4 consecutive 2m+ albums in japan

Definitely not yet. Maybe one day she'll release enough singles to have the record for most number of singles released by any singer, given the rate the she's been going on for her entire career. Sales-wise, however, is a pipe dream.

She is together with one more artist I can't remember the only one that had a remix album in number one.
