okay, my trend of making a two-optioned thread is again going to happen. Okay, what is the coolest video you've seen?

Mine is Linkin Park Breaking the Habit, does anyone know the artist who designed the cartoons and what not?

Also there's Utada Hikaru's Traveling which I thought was very fun hehe!

And then there's Warrant's Cherry Pie...sexy :P

well, i know that KB and BTH had the same designer...but who is it?

Also I like Radiohead's Fake Plastic Trees

Probably Aphex Twin - Come To Daddy. Directed by Chris Cunningham, who is a pure genius. Excellent song with some amazingly crazy imagery to support it.

I'm also a sucker for a lot of Shiina Ringo's videos, all of which are just plain nuts - in a good way.

no, who is the artist? I wanna know who drew the cartoons...

It was a studio, Production I.G., like shizukesa said. Cartoons usually don't get drawn by one person. Takes a lot of work.

Aphex Twin - Windowlicker: this one is pretty gross, but funny ^^
Wamdue Project - King of my Castle: though its just some scenes from "Ghost in the Shell" its still a pretty cool PV for that very reason
The Daft Punk videos from Discovery, i.e.: One more Time, Aerodynamic, Digital Love

I like a lot of Ayu's videos a lot as a matter of fact.
I also really like this one video-Ajooba- from an Indian movie called Jeans.

also, I like Trapped in the Closet...its really funny hehe!

Hmm mostly Ayu vids and lotsa Tori Amos ones especially..

Tori Amos- Sleeps With Butterflies
Drop dead beautiful/pretty/gorgeous animations coupled with a very pretty Tori.

Tori Amos- Spark
Some sort of depressing story which is done so well that the atmosphere of the PV is so damn bleak.

Natalie Imbruglia- Counting Down The Days
This showed daily life routines in a her life and its fun/meaningful. And so realistic and relatable.

Utada Hikaru- Keep Tryin'
Utada Hikaru- Traveling
Utada Hikaru- Sakura Drops
Visually stunning art and design. Colourful too. Fun for the whole family.

I love all of Ayu's videos!! They're very creative and fun! My top music videos have to be:

STEP you- Ayu: So creative and fun! Four Ayus?? Who else could have thought of an idea like that!

Passion- Utada Hikaru: A beautiful PV for a beautiful song!

These Words (U.S. version)- Natasha Bedingfield: I LOVED the little dancing boomboxes!! So cute!

the SPEED STAR- Namie Amuro: I know this PV's a little boring, but I just couldn't tear my eyes off the screen! Namie's dancing was incredible!!

Anything by Michel Gondry is amazing. Especially his work with Björk.

Army of Me, Bachelorette, Human Behaviour, Hyperballad are all incredible.

But nothing compares to when he did Around the World by Daft Punk.

Franz Ferdinand's "This Fffire" and Shiina Ringo's "Mayonaka wa junketsu".

Yes, that PV never ceases to amaze me everytime i watch it.

Ayumi Hamasaki's videos are mostly really cool. To highlight some: Forgiveness, Step You, Moments, Rainbow...and lots.

Radiohead - Rabbit in the Headlights Although this is kinda slow, don't skip/forward any scenes (even if you don't get it--you're not supposed to until the end). Just watch through. Absolutely Mindblowing!

Supercar - Be Nothing like you've ever seen. It's a japanese music video but you'll get it without translations. Basically there's a soccer player, and everytime he misses a goal a yakuza member kills someone that he knows. Very cool, give it a shot. (Plus the ending is hilarious and totally unexpected!! XD XD)

Daft Punk - Around the World You just have to watch it to see how creative it is. I loved it! :)

Classic, overplayed videos. Traveling, Sakura Drops, Passion and all those stuff. Her visually appealing videos have the best colours ever. Bestest video would be Keep Tryin' which is simply so cheery and happy and professional.

interstella 5555 by daft punk! blows everythin out of the water

its a musical movie but I think of it as a music video for the whole discovery album and more. yous should watch it, go rent it from the dvd rental. its awesome. its designed by daft punk and matsumoto, good story too. the "one more time" video comes from this.

this one is good too :) way ahead of its time. i think it was her most exie video as well
