Is a pic of the (miss) Understood costume room. On the left, you can make out behind the text that is the flower suit she wore for Born to Be. Then in the back, you can somewhat see the alterna costume

I can't see it.. But maybe it's her costume wardrobe :P

Looks like the photos and interviews were done while Ayu was on tour - it looks like a general backstage/behind-the-scenes theme. The cover shot could have been taken backstage, and perhaps the rest done in a hotel room or her dressing-room.
