Pretty cool. Definetly better than I could pull off (or anybody else for that matter).

I live in Phx, Az, but I did not have the opportunity to go to Anizona. (The convention Yaya Han wore this~)
But my friend went and she saw Yaya there (: Oh-- and Yaya Han didn't pick that location on purpose, that was just the outside hotel rooms that where the con was held.

I agree, she does look sorta transvestite-ish in those pictures. I think that she wore too much makeup on her face (not the eyes) and I think some things on her costume could have been better. Her legwarmers looked like a bathmat.

I don't see why everyone's making such a big, fat deal that she doesn't look like Ayu. She's cosplaying, not entering an Ayu-lookalike contest for Pete's sake.

As a regular cosplayer myself, I'd have to say she did an excellent job. Yaya Han is known for quality and looking beautiful at the same time. I was just happy enough to see a Ladies Night cosplayer. I kinda wanted to do it first, but I can save it for next year.

Right now, I'm working on an 'alterna' cosplay and am just about done with the dress.

Those are called 'Monster Fur' Legwarmers.

I used to have pink ones. XD But my friend lost them.

I think it's either from one of the ayu-mi x covers or from Arena Tour 2002 opening.

Welll, the costumes are nice though... They did a great job trying to look like Ayu.. But still they look scary to me..

Hehe, it is a bit freaky when people try to imitate others :yes. Ayus style is so special so by wearing a simple dress someone start looking like her...

Those are good, especially the BoY one - shame the alterna one is pink, though...

It might depend on the light setting, but yeah, this dress seem a bit too pink...

You're right - that dress does look a bit more pink than red in the making of... I never really noticed that before. The red could be from the colouring techniques used.

I don't like the Alterna one very much, but the BOY cosplay looks great! She looks like a rock star, hihi :)

^I was so creeped out by the alterna one...the costumes were good though, especially the BoY one and the Ladies Night. (I'm strangely reminded of how unique ayu's face really is...)

Cosplay is embarrassing and ugly. If I knew someone who cosplayed I wouldn't know them anymore. The only person who ever pulled off cosplay well was Kyoko Fukada.
