Well, she was. She helped the members here a lot with Ayu's instrumental score. I think her thread is somewhere in the request section.

These pictures are from Team Ayu Magazine Volume 1, NOT from the Vivi diary series. The only scanner I know of who scanned part of this volume is Yamayumi.

Yeah, she had a major plastic surgery in order to remove it, she used some of pecos skin to cover it up.

The job was really neatly done though, so as long as she is wearing at least 1cm of makeup noone will notice.

She has major wrinkles in that photo of her at the Shave Ice place that was uploaded.
