Anyway, mink is coming out with a new single in January, is that correct?

What is the Amazing Nuts single anyway? o_o I've been hearing about it lately because of Koda Kumi's "Twinkle" song (I think that's the title).

according to the kuu thread, AN is a company of anime makers.. and the single with the same title is a collection of 4 anime tie-ups (i guess) including mink, kuu, m-flo, and one other artist... forgot the last one.

i loved it, too, and did some "research" on my own as well.
it's a collaboration between avex and studio 4C where they have four animated love stories with corresponding songs to it. the four artists are m-flo, ram rider, koda kumi, and mink.
they're releasing a cd+dvd version on 12/6 and i actually contacted yesasia to see if they'll put it up for sale and still waiting for a reply (i actually got several other cds added to the site by asking them before).

i am working... or rather, i'm on an internship so the pay isn't that great.

That's not going to be for another 5-6 months from now. :( I guess I'll have to wait until then to buy mink's single....I need to save up money now for my Spring Break trip.

The android is mink. The deserted place used to be a beautiful beach, and mink is waiting for her loved ones to come back. She was an artificial being from that times.
During the PV, we can see the scene where it zoomed in to her eyes into her inner body and then when it zoomed out, we found mink, when she was still alive, in exact position where she was dead as an android.



I don't know that sounds cheesy. O_O
I have no idea about the naked scene though. (gee, she was so daring. XD)

According to Yesasia, the album is just called "mink". But...I think people tend to call it "prologue" because it's weird to say "mink's first album 'mink'" :P

it's been up for a while now. and being a very impatient person, i already sent in an inquiry asking if they'll offer the upcoming album on sale soon, although it doesn't help that the title is still undetermined.

Yesasia will probably put up the album pre-order sometime within the next couple of weeks..or the next month. :shrug The album isn't set to release until the end of February, and usually Yesasia is a little slow with pre-orders....hmm.

what is a concept album?

um... concept album is an album with a common theme or the songs are inter-related or simply tells a story... but as for me, concept albums are like covers from other artist or oneself and/or just have one "topic".
