i vote for Hitomi Shimatani. Everything about her is beautiful...her face, hair, voice, personality...everything! so what do yu all think? which artist do yu think is the most beautiful to yu?

no guys? :/ I wanted to vote for Ken Hirai. He's actually the ONLY japanese male artists that actually LOOKs like a japanese 'MALE' artist :P haha, still; that hitomi person is quite beautiful. neither one of them is my type of girl though.
I'll vote for BoA, because of her image and styling. I think BoA is a typical kind of girl that's totally fake-pretty with all the airbrushing and stylists; but..on-screen; she looks hawt =)

Utada has a beautiful face (I especially like the cover on Ultrablue)
Ayaka Hirahara has a nice face structure, and her eye shape is pleasing to look at.
RIKKI's voice matches with her face.
But Hitomi Shimatani has a beautiful, softness about her. She's not the prettiest that would take way to long for me to decide, but of the choices (which is where I limit myself) she is superior.

Why only girls XD I want to vote HYDE!!!!!! XD Anyways I voted for Namie, since she's simply gorgeous xD

Mika Nakashima.

I always thought Ayu, but the other day I saw a copy of ViVi with Ayu on it. She was super cute, but when I flipped the mag, the back cover blew me away. It was Mika promoting Kanebo. It was Perfection.

Her eyes are amazing, her hair is pretty, she has the most beautiful smile. I'll never forget that subtle smile in the LEGEND PV when she held the hand of the mask-wearing people.

Ai Otsuka comes close too, thanks to the drop-dead beautiful CHU-LIP cover.

IMO, Boa looks like an egghead, literally. Her head is so oval. Van Tomiko is very pretty but she sometimes looks plump and old like a Chinese auntie. Yuna Ito is beautiful, but too normal, nothing special or unique. OLIVIA looks like a high fashion couture model, her eyes are so pretty and every hair style suits her. Hitomi is very pretty too despite her age. Namie always comes across as ugly to me, I probably never saw a good picture of her.

Unfair though for Koda not to be up there, she's beautiful too.

Where's Ken Hirai? He's the most beautiful woman on earth. :laugh

Yuna Ito. Girl's absolutely stunning. It was a tough call between her and Hitomi Shimatani, though - Hitomi has this very classically beautiful, mature look to her, and she's had this very mature beauty ever since... well, Osaka no Onna, really. That being said, she did look 40 years old on the cover of PAPILLON (the album) and that freaked me out a bit.

Yuna's got that whole "girlish and trying to look older" thing going but it works. It feels really youthful but still classy.

Kuu has her moments of beauty, but there are also times she looks kind of hideous or just plain. Same for hitomi, although hitomi looking beautiful or pretty or sexy to me is very very rare. Her face is really off-putting.

BoA kind of looks like Diana DeGarmo, but at the same time, she does have her moments where she just has this look that's like "Hubba hubba, I'd hit that". That being said, she - and this is very shallow of me, I know - is so damn flat-chested it's scary.

Mika can be nice-looking sometimes but her lack of eyebrows is off-putting.

Ai can also be cute, but I'm a bit freaked out by her gum-to-tooth ratio. Yikes.

Hikki has a very weird face. She can be cute sometimes, and stunning sometimes, but she's... not someone I'd ever call consistently beautiful, more like someone who has the occasional good pictures. Her Keep Tryin look (single, the PV was good too) was very nice. I really enjoyed that sort of style.

Tomiko can look good, and sometimes she can just look rather old. She's got a nice face, though.

I'd like Namie a lot more if she didn't look so exhausted all the time, and if she switched up the hairstyle. I love her sense of style - very funky and sexy, and the long boots/short skirt combo will never cease to be boring on her. But her skinniness coupled with her constant exhausted look is kind of worrisome. Then again, maybe she just looks that tired all the time.

Namie Amuro, hands down. There has never been a picture of her I didn't like. She reminds me of a runway model. And I'd kill to have a body and hair like hers.

But there are a lot of good choices up there....Yuna Ito, Hitomi Shimatani and Ai are the classic definition of beauty. Van Tomiko and Mika Nakashima are beauties in their own unique way. I haven't really liked any of BoA's looks since Girls on Top but she definitely isn't ugly.

For others I'd probably put Koda Kumi as second to Namie and Hikki because I love her style. Some of the Morning Musume are lookers too.
