Ideas for A BEST 2 covers?
 

I am thinking that she will have half of her face on one CD and the other half on the other, with the color scheme of WHITE and BLACK with the slip cases, but when you take them out, they are in color...

Hmm, I wouldn't be fond of that idea, Nelly already did it.

I hope that -WHITE- has a cover that is reminiscent of a picture from July 2006's SCawaii. http://img409.imageshack.us/img409/2...0607006bs7.jpg (from angel-ayu.de) She shouldn't be smiling *that* much, the room should be white etc etc, but you get my idea, don't you? :P

As for -BLACK-, I don't really have any clues, but I'm sure whatever Ayumi comes up with, it will be very elaborate. No, not the picture, but the emotions portrayed etc.

In WHITE, she shall be in front of a window, looking outside; we see her from the side. Outside the window there's a flowering tree and a clear sky. She's wearing a spring-like outfit and is smiling (no teeth).

In BLACK, she shall be in front of a window, looking outside; we see her from the side. Outside the window there's a bare tree and a cloudy sky. She's wearing a darker type of outfit (rainy day-like...?), chin resting on her hand, with a solemn expression.

Quite boring and similar, but I hardly feel creative right now.

BLACK: A white small to mid sized "A" in the center of a Black background
WHITE: A Black smalll to mid sized "A" in the center of a White background

No ayu faces, please.............

I'm with you on that. Something simple/decorative. If there were some nice regal-looking border with slight differences more suited to the respective covers (maybe gold on the WHITE release; silver on the BLACK release), I'd be in aesthetics heaven.

^ thatd be cool for the slip cases, but for the actualy cover, id rather have pictures. (i WOULD adore the slipcases to be like that, i was thinking that too ;) )

What if we get pictures and they are monkey smiling ayu? :laugh that would be hilarious. If the covers have pictures I hope they at least use a little more imagination than her latest covers.

I think it will be kind of like Gackt's RED and BLUE DVD's. Half and Half. There will just ether be a pic of her like the cover of a song is born with opposite black and white sides or the white part she will have her hair down and wavy and black it will be kind of like her hair in because of you.

i hope they are not similar.. cos i would like 2 totally different covers.. :D

Anyways, I just mad that in 5 minutes. Although it will be nothing of the sort, i think the cover will be like Mika Nakashimas New Kanebo CM. It will have Two diffrent ayus representing diffrent themes.

i'm just wishing that the covers will look expensive and were done with effects.^^

Oh yeah, and I don't think there will be "slipcases" as there were for A BEST and A BALLADS.
Then again "color case" could mean that, but looking for the terms used in other albums, it hasn't really beed used.

I really can't say, I just hope that there aren't huge empty spaces on the cover. If they **** up the cover for her best album the way they did for Secret, I would be seriously disappointed.

Probably something similar to HEAVEN cover? Simple and sweet would be better. No exaggerating decorations or photoshoppings. To me, it's okay to show Ayu's face. Just like A BEST. The face on the cover tells alot to us about Ayu.

I would like the covers to be simple and the color cases better be in good use.

Probably the BLACK would be black , and the WHITE would be white, simple thinking actually :D

I want them to be completely black and completely white, no text, symbols or anything. Just totally monochromatic.

The idea for simple covers would 1. be boring (plus I really just could never see Ayu doing it - then again, you never know), and 2. raise complaints.

Ah well.

A BEST 2 WHITE: A white-washed close-up of her T's with her A in the cleavage.

A BEST 2 BLACK: A black-and-white close-up of her A with her A in the buttcrack.

I don't really have any specific ideas but I think that the cover should not be Ayu + black or white background. I'd really love something more special. It would be cool if the photoshoot took place in a vintage living room. I love the whole "Memorial address" theme. Something dreamy and vintage would be great. Maybe if you can see the living room's windows... Light/sun from the windows for WHITE and darkness/night with the moon for BLACK. As long as there's emotions coming out of the cover, it's great.

Im expecting two images that look nothing alike.

I want it to be simple, but not so simple that its not visually stunning. That is how I thought the HEAVEN cover failed--it was so simple it was boring. I'm thinking a distinct but subtle and creative style like THIS:
