[Tabloid] BIG STARS, BAD REPS 2
It's from the stupid, the elctric new paper.

What else is a star as big as her gonna do with all that money? :laugh
Kidding, of course. I really don't know what to say. ... Wow. (?) |
If there were a whole bunch of these articles always coming up in non-tabloid Japanese press, I'd believe it most likely.
|
I don't see whats not believable with this article. Alot of celebrities act over the top.
|
The breaking the window thing I think might be a rumor, but the rest is highly understandable..
She did spend like 300k++++USD in like, 3 hours.. LOL |
I believe in Japanese tabloids. With all the VERY VERY strict privacy laws in there and the power and monopoly of agencies, magazines won't publish any type of ***** because it may be soooo expensive. BUBKA, for example, which was considered one of the most reliable gossip mags, was sued by lots of agencies and now is in big trouble because of the privacy laws...

Is there a link?

The Electric New Paper is Singapore.
I found the article funny. http://newpaper.asia1.com.sg/show/st...124022,00.html The website sucks too, they have Ayu's picture in Chow Yun Fat's article and Chow in Ayu's article. |
I really would like to see this room-trashing rumor in articles that don't come off as exaggerated. It could have all happened, that's believable, but it's so one-sided, it seems it's been twisted into a vicious little article just to be cruel. :/
|
wow...well Ayu does have alot of money...to believe or not to believe?
|
I don't think this article is real anyway, it just a rumored in my opinion... I don't believe ayu doning this such a thing!
|
Singapore newspapers....first it was std rumors and now this...-__________-
|
yeah...another gossip
|
I wouldn't be surprised, as she is THE diva and pop queen in Japan. Articles like this have circulated for years and I wouldn't be surprised. People with a lot of money usually have the ego to match. Parts of the article ring as true: doggie pampering, large entourage and big feasts, masseurs. Also, being blacklisted from a hotel is not uncommon in the entertainment world.
|
omg!! a disgrace to singaporeans. i dont think this is true. i feel that they were a little bit exaggerating. i mean.. we have seen ayu behave normally in special discs before. she is definitely not like what is described..
|
Sounds just like Ayu. Wild parties, giants feasts, and her little doggies. She's such a diva. But I guess you can't help it when you've got that much money.
|
this article starts out about her hotel blacklisting which who knows is true and then talks about how much money she has and how she chooses to spend it?! like... who cares. so she has money for a bungalow and a crab feast... does that make her a bad person? cause the way they say it is as if it's a bad thing. some rich ppl buy their own island and that doesn't make them a bad person. and ANYONE can be nasty at times. who knows what the hairstylist did anyways. it couldve been really bad... or not.
if i was rich i'd buy myself a pool full of ice cream ;p OH YEAH! |
Ayu got money, she should enjoy, especially she does not have a lot of free time...
|
That lobster thing sounds true to me.
Ayumi ate in "Newton Circus Food Court". I don't know whether it's true or not, but I heard from my Singapore friends who eat there regularly that the hawkers like to charge the tourists much more than regular singaporeans would be charge. Well if you're a tourist in a new place, you wouldn't have care much of the price if it was a pretty popular place in Singapore. Furthermore, with Ayumi's wealth, would she even care much about how much it cost? :P |
LoL
this article is so lame that no one trust ! |
lawl, tabloids and their obsession with ayu's dogs :rolleyes
|
If anything, this article just made me love Ayu even more, I wanna live like that. It would be so cool.
This tabloid is so stupid too, they always get her age wrong. |
Isn't it ironic how they'd bring this up during her AB2 promotions/sales....:rolleyes
The way the articles sounds, Ayu is definitely a normal human being lol At least she's letting us know that she's rich, spoiled, and powerful. |

Ok OK
the video shoot in new york had local hair-stylist and such. this is completely made up. |

|
i don't mind believing... ;)

Wow this tabloid is extremely fake-ish. I doubt Ayu has time to throw parties. And also for who should she throw the parties in a completely foreign country? For her hairstylist or dog groomer to attend?
|
haha she really as too much money. i wouldnt be surprised by her being so extravagant.

soooo...she just whipped one billion yen out of her pocket to buy a bungalow? thats ridiculous. lol.

As for masseurs, I bet they're not the most expensive thing to have, and seeing how she basically all over the place all the time, it's no wonder she wants something to let the pain go and she can definately afford herself five people to give her that. Large entourage - seeing how much money she has, she probably buys tons of random crap, and since she's never home, she wants it all with her 24/7, so no wonder there has to be people to carry everything for her. Feasts - they're probably the cheapest thing in her finances and I think it's fine if it's also for her staff... And doggies? Nothing new. Shoot'em, if you don't like'em :rolleyes Quote:
Oh, is it like those houses on water in luxury ressorts? |

I think the most exaggerated thing (and the least true) in the article is saying that she'd pay cash for a new place. I mean, COME ON, I don't care who you are, you're not going to carry around that much cash just to prove that you can afford it. I don't even think that someone who thought the worst of her could believe she'd ever do something like that.
|
I doubt any celeb would spend 12 million USD on a place... even big shot Hollywood actors spend up to a few millions when buying a house... and she bought, what, a bungalow? For 12 million?... In cold cash?... Like she brought it in a suitcase, like they do in movies when they pay ransoms or pay for drugs?
|
What's a "5-storey bungalow"? Aren't bungalows only supposed to have 1-storey?
|
Seriously must they make such a big deal? I thought this is normal for most of those rich stars.

When in Singapore to attend the MTV Asia Awards in 2002, she splurged on a $1,000 lobster and crab feast at Newton Circus for her entourage of 20.
Not only does she travel with 10 bodyguards, but she once flew her five pet dogs with her to Korea for a job, together with their own entourage of 12 pet groomers. Also, she reportedly employs five personal masseurs to take charge of different parts of her aching body. ____ What's the problem with that? She can do whatever she wants with her money, she's not stealing lol |
Apparently, the house thing is true.

Oh my god!!! This is like so cool! This tabloid does the exact opposite for me, it makes me like her even more! What a bad ass, Ayu! (but it is most likely not true)
|
I believe that Ayu has the financial power to make such large purchases, but I'm not so sure if I believe that she caused such a ruckus at these hotels. I mean, I don't doubt that she enjoys the good life, but I don't know if she would trash a hotel suite. That seems a bit much.
|
OOOOkkkkkk what's up with Chow Yun Fat's face on there? the article as nothing to do with him. and this article is all based on assumptions and rumors. interesting though XP

It is dissapointing to hear of Ayu's "diva-like" traits, but this isnt the first, nor will it be the last article written about this.
To believe that she is some kind of angel is foolish indeed. I like Ayu for her music, and music alone ;) |
Err ... everything sounds pretty believable, except i dont think Ayumi would get nasty the way they described. it kind of contradicts itself.
Ayu: Your a ***** i hate you! Go back to japan your out of my entourage Entourage Person: There .. are no flights back to Japan ... Ayu: Oh, then i will pay 100,000 dollars to get one for you :] honestly. does that even make sense? and if she broke something, im sure she would pay for it unless it really wasnt her who broke it! Bt, she was in HK for a movie opening. Hekll, i would throw a hige party. and i would buy everyone food! And what the hell is so damn bad about buying food for people! or loving her dogs? hell, she is giving people jobs, right? thats a GOOD thing. lowers unemployment rates. this is completely biased. i think it is most likely true. just exagerated and biased. |
