Japan is the 2nd largest music industry, and they got like 130millions of inhabitants, after all :P.

This has happened to all her albums and I think both Startin' and BLUE BIRD ended up at 2nd place on it, I'm pretty sure the same goes for Kodas releases (or any Japanese artist managing over 200-300k first week sales). Those charts depends on nothing else than who else is currently having a huge release.

But lamentably Wolrld Chart only considers Japan (Oricon) as source :/ so they are only Japan sales

^Yep. It just means the sales of Japan alone were able to get her #1,2 on the charts.
