She will release her new Single with Kiss & Cry on August 29th.

She recorded a new Version of Kiss & Cry and two other new Songs for the Single.

August 29?! Hasn't Kiss & Cry getting radio airplay from May? Aren't people going to be tired of hearing the song so much? And won't airplay die down before the release? Or will HERO be played on the radio before the release?

Yes, way too many questions, but I don't really understand what Toshiba-EMI is thinking.

I think that has something to do with the creativity process utada usually takes to make a song perfect.

yay!! Remember when HERO was gonna come out with BOKUWAKUMA?!? lol and everyone thought it was made up :tipsy so excited!!! I don't think "Kiss&Cry" is gonna be the main single from this, oitherwise it would have been titled "Kiss&Cry" already right?? I think it's gonna be "HERO" the main song from this single! Hope it has a good PV! Maybe it will have CD+DVD release too!!

Due to money disagreements with Johnny's Entertainment, Hikaru won't be singing the theme song for Hero.
Instead Takuya Kimura will be singing the theme song.
