I really like Lily Allen's personality, and she's adorable, but her music is just alright to me. Amy Winehouse's music is so good that I kind of like her better overall. As a person though, she's a hideous drug addict who's rude and not too personable.

EDIT: Scratch that. I highly prefer Lily to that cocaine addict piece of trash Amy Winehouse. After listening to both albums rather than just a few singles, it's clear that Lily is a far better artist altogether.

I hate to be superficial, but Amy Whinehouse is just too unfortunate looking for me to like her. She's hella talented, but she looks and sounds like Ursula from the Little Mermaid, which is frightening.

Lily Allen is lovely though. Her music is so fun and fresh and I love her lyrics, so witty. I appreciate her brashness.

Sorry, but I dislike both of them. I find Amy Winehouse to be incredibly...dirty-looking and unprofessional. She spits at her fans at gigs and stuff and sometimes doesn't even show up to her own shows. Music-wise, she's alright, but her music just doesn't suck me in. Lily Allen seems to have something to say about everyone...I find her a little nosy, but other than that her music is okay.

Amy Winehouse is absolutely brilliant. Really both artist are amazing and really can't be compared. However, Amy Winehouse wins my vote for putting out some of the best music in a long time, better than any junk that's being released in the Japanese and American Music Industry.

I'm probably the only person on this forum who loves Winehouse's image. I love the beehive nest hairstyle haha and her voice is superb. She is getting on the thin side, and it's really showing but I've never really judged her on her appearance, cause its the music that matters overall.

My vote goes to Amy hands down and I agree with Team Ayu about her image. Looks like there are very few who can appreciate a girl with spunk & big hair.

I don't get how people are on at Amy with the drugs thing. Lily was a filthy pusher for heavens sake.

Alright, I changed my mind. My sister just got "Back to Black" and has been blasting it 24/7, which has in turn converted me into an Amy fan. I don't know why her music didn't appeal to me before now, but I really like her style. "You Know I'm No Good" is one of my favorite songs at the moment. Suave lyrics and a really nice beat :yes

I enjoy both artists' music although Allen has more memorable tracks.
