After reporting for the very first time on November 18th the titles of five songs on Madonna's new album ("4 minutes to save the world", "Across The Sky", "Dance Tonight", "Even the devil wouldn't recognise you", "Miles Away"), MadonnaTribe has heard a little bit more exclusive buzz about the upcoming project.

From what we have been told, the total number of tracks currently making the album is 13. It is interesting to note this reprises a "Madonna tradition" started exactly 10 years prior this new release, with the Ray Of Light album in March 1998.
Candy Shop
The Beat Goes On
Across The Sky
Dance Tonight
Miles Away
Even the devil wouldn't recognise you
4 minutes to save the world

Hmm some of them sounds so not M, but we'll see. Damn I want to have the album now! It supposed to be released in this month.

"Even the devil wouldn't recognise you" how long is that o.O

SHE'S GOING ON TOUR NEXT YEAR GUYS! I just received an email from LiveNation (since I've bought tickets from them in the past) and it's a survey to answer questions about bettering Madonna's tour next year and you can win tickets for two. Terrible sounding seats, but seats nonetheless.

Madonna's "bleeding" hit

Madonna's new song with Pharrell Williams is so "hot" it will "make the music speakers bleed".

The 'Hung Up' singer has been in the studio with hit producer Pharrell creating tracks for her upcoming album, and he claims their collaboration will take the music industry by storm.

Speaking at the launch of his new shop Billionaire Boys Club and Ice Cream in New York on Wednesday (28.11.07), Pharrell said: "It was crazy. I don't want to say too much. I'd rather wait for you to hear it. It's awesome though. It makes the speakers bleed. It's hot!"

Earlier this month, it was reported Pharrell had been recording with the 49-year-old singer at Record Plant Studios in Los Angeles.

The pair reportedly bumped into Kanye West, who was working with Michael Jackson in a studio next-door, inspiring the hip-hop star to rap on one of Madonna's new songs.

Last month, Madonna signed a $120 million, 10-year record deal with Live Nation Inc. and plans to release her first studio album with the label early next year.

Also set to feature on the hotly-anticipated LP are star producer Timbaland and 'SexyBack' singer Justin Timberlake.

This isn't exactly new, we already know her music is amazing. Whatevs, hip hop artists always talk like what they're doing is the most epic thing on the planet.

Finally, Annie Lennox' "Sing" which features Madonna and 22 other artists has been released as a digital single.

The EP in Germany costs EUR 7.92 and features eight remixes. It's 7.92 on iTunes guys, knock yourselves out!

DrownedMadonna is saying she's also in talks with Warner about which director will do the video for her next single. Who would you like for M to work with? I personally would like to see her do something with that director who puts video in the top and bottom borders of the screen. He was really big when he was doing videos for Usher and Jay-Z not too long ago.

20 Questions for Madonna

From WWD.com:
When Madonna and Guy Ritchie walk down a red carpet, there's almost nothing people don't ask.

What did she first notice about Guy?

"I found him very sexy because he looked like he'd just gotten into a fist fight."

What has she taught him about fashion?
"Not to wear the same dresses as her," deadpanned her husband.

What books have you been reading?

"‘The Year of Magical Thinking,' by Joan Didion," said his wife.

What's your son David doing now?
"Eating," said the husband.

Is marriage difficult?
"It's a juggling act. A true juggling act" she said.

Hillary or Obama?
"Hillary," said his wife.

Because?
"Because I've gotta support the girls," she said. "And because I'm a big fan of the Clintons."

At a certain point, the questions seemed mainly to be hitting Madonna, even if it was the U.S. premiere of his movie, "Revolver."

Had she watched lots of gangster movies before she shacked up with the man who's sometimes been described as the British version of Quentin Tarantino?
"Well, I worship ‘The Godfather' Pt. I and II," she said. "And we watched a lot of gangster movies together. But none were as good as his."

After the Cinema Society and Piaget's screening of the film at the Tribeca Grand, guests like Sarah Jessica Parker, Steven Klein, Ingrid Casares, Alex Rodriguez and Donna Karan headed out to The Gramercy Park Hotel, where the party went ‘til around midnight.

I wouldn't mind that new look being the look of the new album, but I don't think it'll be. There're a few months left until it's released and we all know that's enough time for M to totally change her image.

It should be noticed that Revolver isn't really new, it's just being re-released after some adjustments. It seems that the British critics weren't too fond of the first version, so Guy decided to change it. I'm not completely sure why, but oh well... xD

Thanks for the news Steven.

It bombed. It bombed in such a way that 'bombed' is an understatement.
If I remember rightly 'The Mail On Sunday' used a double page spread to say how bad it was during it's weekly reviews.

I'm guessing all Kabbalah references = GONE!

kinomaniac 4th December 2007 08:07 PM

Wow! I knew it was bad, but not that bad. I remember people saying it was really confusing. I hope it does better this time.

I wonder how Guy feels about the fact that despite this being 'his moment' most of the attention was directed towards Madonna.

Ritchie’s ‘Revolver’ targets crime world
By Stephen Schaefer / Movies
Wednesday, December 5, 2007 - Updated 45m ago

Ever since he scored with his 1998 English hit “Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels,” director Guy Ritchie has mostly made gangster movies of one kind or another. Friday’s “Revolver” has to be one of the strangest.

Starring Jason Statham as a winning gambler and Ray Liotta as the strangely named crime boss Dorothy Macha, “Revolver” orbits around a shrink’s version of a duel to the death.

“I do appreciate that this movie isn’t for everyone and that it’s not easy to get,” said Ritchie, 39. “It’s actually a simple movie, but it’s funny how people think it’s a complicated movie.”

A fan of “the confidence trick and the genre of movies that are con tricks,” he wanted to make a movie that said, “Ultimately the biggest con man was hiding within your own head.”

This psychological approach with mind-game questions about who is really the enemy, “is consistent with rules of the con and consistent with the mystical aspect of religion, which is that the devil is a trickster. That idea I liked very much,” he said.

Is this influenced by his and wife Madonna’s interest in the Kabbalah?

“It’s influenced by everything I’ve been,” he said.

About being married to a superstar, “It works because, first, I love her. That helps in a marriage. I actually like her, which is even more rare in a marriage,” he said.

Ritchie’s next gangster project, “RocknRolla,” stars Gerard Butler and is due next year.

It was announced today that the DVD release of the Confessions Tour has been nominated for a Grammy as Best Long Form Music Video.

The award itself is for video album packages consisting of more than one song or track. Award to the Artist and to the Video Director/Producer of at least 51% of the total playing time.

Madonna faces competition from:

Live & Loud At The Fillmore - Dierks Bentley
Trapped In The Closet Chapters 13-22 - R. Kelly
10 Days Out - Blues From The Backroads - Kenny Wayne Shepherd & Various
Liberacion - The Songs Of The New Cuban Underground - Various Artists

The Grammy Award ceremony takes place in Los Angeles on 10 February, 2008.

Honestly, how can she not win this? Hopefully the Grammy's don't screw her over this year.

I just read this:

"Madonna's "Licorice" Coming on April 2008!

According to Billboard.com, The Queen of Pop Madonna will release her new album titled "Licorice" on April 2008. This will be her last effort with Warner Bros.'s. Following "Licorice" and a greatest hits collection, Madonna will record for Artist Nation, a new initiative launched by concert promoter Live Nation, with whom she made an aprox. $120 million deal.

Also, it's been reported that Madonna previewed her album earlier this week in NYC and that it'll include 13 tracks such as "Candy Shop", "4 Minutes To Save The World" or "The Beat Goes On" feat. Kanye West."

Licorice?! :laugh I have a feeling this album is going to be exactly what I was expecting.

Vinylfantasy 7th December 2007 05:54 AM

All this news that supposedly from the listening party and about the album that's surfaced recently looks really fishy. Billboard is usually correct but I'm thinking they got it from a fake cover that's been floating around the Madonna communities.

bondingo 7th December 2007 07:02 AM

Well I always trust Billboard so I believe that much. I'm not sure about these fake covers you say but that is really fishy if people were already making covers with the title before Billboard announced it, because how would those people know? Odd...

Vinylfantasy 7th December 2007 07:14 AM

Fans usually don't know, they just make stuff to pass the time until official word comes by. :laugh

This is the one I'm talking about, some guy from Madonna Fanzine shooped it.

http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b6...mset07-02b.jpg

It's different if Billboard themselves are reporting something or if Billboard is reporting that someone else is reporting something. If Billboard themselves are reporting something, then 99.9% of the time what they report is true. This report however isn't by Billboard, they're simply reporting that someone else is reporting that the title is "Licorice." I say she can call it whatever she wants because the album title doesn't have any correlation with the quality of music on the final product. After all, it's still Madonna in the end so that's what matters to me.

The supposed listening party clip of Candy Shop sounds completely different than the original demo, but I'm banking on it being fanmade. It's quality is too terrible to make out.

Madonna Signs Kite Tail For Charity

http://aycu01.webshots.com/image/364...4915365_rs.jpg

Kite tail signed by: Madonna

Support a great cause by bidding on an authentic handmade Afghan kite along with a celebrity signed kite tail. The Afghan kite was made by one of Kabul's best kite makers.

The celebrity has signed only the kite tail, which measures approximately 4"x8". The signed tail will come with a certificate of authenticity from Participant Productions.

The kite photo is representative of the one the winning bidder will receive, although the colors and dimensions may vary. Most kites measure approximately 40"x45" or 34"x38". The tail will arrive in the same package as the kite but they will not come pre-attached. While the kite will indeed fly, it is very fragile and we do not recommend testing it out.

Based on one of the most acclaimed novels in recent memory, THE KITE RUNNER is a powerful tale of friendship, family, devastating mistakes and redeeming love. In a divided country on the verge of war, two childhood best friends, Amir and Hassan, are about to be torn apart forever. In the aftermath of a kite-fighting tournament, one boy’s fearful act of betrayal will set in motion a catastrophe . . . and an epic quest for redemption. Now, after 20 years of living in America, Amir returns to a perilous Afghanistan under the Taliban’s iron-fisted rule, to face the dark secrets that still haunt him, and take one last daring chance to set things right.

Madonna's record label has denied reports that her new album will be called "Licorice" and will come out in late April.

Billboard.com reported that Sirius Satellite Radio host Larry Flick, a former Billboard editor, announced the title and release date on his "OutQ" show Thursday.

"Sirius does not know what they are talking about," Warner Bros, spokeswoman Liz Rosenberg said in an email to Reuters. "Wrong title. Release date wrong etc."

Flick reportedly aired two songs from the album, "Candy Shop" and "The Beat Goes On," both of which leaked online earlier this year.

The new album will be Madonna's last release of new material for Warner Bros. before she begins a wide-ranging 10-year deal with Artist Nation, a new initiative launched by concert promoter Live Nation. Warner Bros. will also release a hits collection.

Ohhhh I can't wait for this album!!

Here's my stupid "new idea" for this album haha..
Hopefully the iTunes version will have bonus tracks on it, or at least some sort of bonus that won't be on the regular CD. I will buy the iTunes version (or preorder it) to get the bonus stuff.

Then, I won't buy the regular release CD because she'll almost definitely release a special edition a month or so later, like she did with Confessions, American Life, Music, Ray of Light, etc...
So, I'll just listen to my iTunes version for a while until news of the special edition comes out. Instead of buying the regular physical release, I will just wait for the special edition to have a "real copy."

That way you get the most bonus stuff! I bought the physical release right away last time, so I ended up buying the special edition later.
However, the Confessions on iTunes didn't have any bonuses besides the hung up video, I think.

MadonnaTribe has received more info about one of the songs on Madonna's new album. One of the Five Songs we first reported on November 18 from the Timberlake/Timbaland session is a nice, mid-tempo love song with classic "Madonna lyrics" and a theme concept that loosely reminds of the idea behind the song "Like a Virgin".
Across The Sky, tells the story of a woman who is quite disenchanted by love, a woman who knows deception, a woman who lied and has been lied to quite a lot in her life. A woman who admits she is not a saint but that finally fells like a new person now that she has found a new love in her life and she is ready to travel "across the sky" with her man, poetically holding his hands in hers.

Musically the songs contains a lot of acustic guitars and has a very catchy chorus. Justin Timberlake is "oooing" on backing vocals. Apparently the song would be perfect for a third single release from the album.

Fans who might be worried that Madonna has been looking for much new musical directions with this album must be reassured that she has re-invented and adapted that genre to her own unique style.

Vinylfantasy 8th December 2007 09:21 AM

Quote:

MadonnaTribe sources can bring more exclusive news about the title track of Madonna's new album. Give It To Me is a song produced by Pharrell Williams, and it's a very catchy uptempo track that reminds of early Madonna tracks from the "pre-Madonna era" such as "Love on the run". The fans who were worried that this album would be too hip-hop would be happy to know that it's very 80's in its structure and it's pure Madonna. A person who apparently heard the song said it sounds quite "cartoonish".
The "Give It To Me" phrase has nothing to do with a supposed "sexual content" as rumoured on a few Madonna forums, but it's said in the sense of "I'll handle the situation for you".

A male voice is also singing backing vocals on part of the second verse and Madonna reprises a couple of lyrics from "The Beat Goes On" on this one.

The break is very strange, the song basically stops suddenly while Madonna says "Don't Stop It" the male voice, probably Pharell himself says "to the left, to the right".

This song would also make a great single!
Source: Madonna Tribe

I still don't buy the "Give It To Me" album title rumors but it's still kinda fun to speculate.

Adoption given the okay for Madonna
Posted: 12 December 2007 - From the New York Post

Madonna has gotten 'the best Christmas gift she's ever received' - the government go-ahead to adopt the Malawi tot to whom she's been the foster mother for more than a year.
After months of waiting - and an initial firestorm of criticism over how she reportedly worked the system to take now-2-year-old David Banda from the tiny African country - the Material Mom, 49, and director hubby Guy Ritchie were finally cleared to adopt the adorable toddler, In Touch Weekly reports.
'Madonna hid it well, but there was a part of her that was worried that the adoption wouldn't go through,' a pal said. 'This is the best Christmas gift she's ever received.'
The child had been living with the singer since October 2006.

This new clip surfaced and as far as I know it's untitled. The vocals sound kinda pasted together to me, I think it's fake. It sounds like a smidge of Candy Shop is in it. If you've heard the Cleo mix of Candy Shop the part at the very beginning sounds like it's in here. It's where she sings "I got turkish delight.." but only the "I g-" part is audible. What do you guys think?

marty518 14th December 2007 12:31 AM

but once she goes on tour and makes another $200 million everyone will see that she is still the true queen of the music industry!

Timbaland: Watch out for Madonna's new single in January!

Our reader Michael was listening to Z100 in New York on my way home from work and they were interviewing Timbaland backstage at Jingle Ball.

As they were wrapping up the interview they asked if he had anything else he wanting to mention and he said that coming up in the next quarter - he then said this January - look out for Madonna’s first single with him and Justin...

"For the first quarter, January, we wanna look out for Madonna's first single which features me and Justin (Timberlake)," said Timbaland.

"I did most of her album," Timbaland added. "Me and The Neptunes did the album. She (Madonna) has an incredible album!"

We remind you that at the album listening party Madonna said that she didn't decide the first single yet, since she was undecided between "Candy Shop" (produced by Pharrell Williams/The Neptunes) and "4 Minutes To Save The World" (produced by Timbaland and Justin Timberlake) . Even if she was all about "Candy Shop", Warner people attending the listening party suggested her to release "4 Minutes To Save The World" as fist single.

Information about the first single and video for "4 Minutes To Save The World"

Final confirmation is just in from M-Tribe's sources that the first single from Madonna's upcoming album will be "4 Minutes To Save The World".
We can also exclusively report that Madonna will film the video for the opening single of her 2008 album in January. The clip will be directed by Jonas Akerlund and both Justin Timberlake and Timbaland are going to be there too.

As exclusively reported on this site last month, "4 Minutes To Save The World" is an upbeat hip-hop Madonna/Justin Timberlake duet and is one of the tracks produced by Justin together with Timbaland - a song with an instantly catchy vibe, with percussion layers and hypnotic synthetized strings.

In more album related last minute news, we've always been told that "Across the Sky" is not set to be released on the album anymore.

Also, another Ariake outtake. I wish they would have used this picture for the calendar cover instead of the other Ariake one.

The clip is terrible quality and the crowd is very loud but you can get a pretty good idea still. It's AMAZING and it's screaming huge hit to me! I'm so excited! We're in for a wild ride boys and girls! Apparently there is a full clip floating around somewhere but I can't find it! It's driving me absolutely nuts.

Timbaland: Madonna set the deal
Posted: 18 December 2007

Timbaland was interviewed backstage at the Jingle Ball in Philadelphia this weekend by Q102. In the interview he talks about shooting the video for 4 Minutes to Save the World with Madonna and Justin Timberlake and how Madonna has 'set the rule':

On his possible retirement:
No, the next thing I'm shooting....the next video I am doing is me, Justin and Madonna.
Is there anyone else he wants to work with?
That was it, that set the deal, Madonna set the deal....after I did her album I'm cool. Me and Justin went in and did her album in London.

Madonna going Tecktonik?

http://www.madonnatribe.com/i_09/trixi_500.jpg

In a report about the Tecktonic craze among French teenagers aired by French channel TF1 tonight they reported that Madonna contacted one of the most famous French Tecktonic dancers and choreographers named Trixi.

Tecktonik is a kind of dance based on a mix of hip hop, glowsticking and techno styles that was created in Paris in a nightclub called Metropolis in year 2000 but gained a wider popularity and media exposure recently, thanks to word-of-mouth and the internet.
"Tecktonik" is also a registered trademark and this is the first time a kind of dance receives this sort of "brand protection" that also allows the people behinf it to sell products and merchandise.

Although there was only a brief mention of Madonna in the TV report, the first thing that easily comes to mind is thinking that she may be interested in the new style for one of her upcoming projects or videos.

Doing the candy...with Madonna!

It's not every day that Warner Bros. Records gets a visit from the Material Girl herself. Well we didn't exactly roll out a red carpet - but we did build a plastic brick path inspired by the Candyland game that Miss M. happily strolled down on the way to our conference room which was completely transformed into a palatial pink and white candy emporium. All we knew was there was a song on her upcoming CD that mentions a candy shop - henceforth our theme. And of course, Madonna's love for candy - especially hot tamales is pretty well known. This was strictly for the Warner Bros. Records employees - no press, no photographers, no cell phones. Madonna, always the perfect hostess screamed out different song choices to our resident dj by numbers. "Jesse, play no. 5 next" and so on. We were treated to l0 songs with comments by the artist on some of her collaborators Pharrell, Justin, Timbaland, an appearance by Kanye West, etc.
Every song was a knock out with two apparant favorites being Four Minutes to Save The World and Candy Shop or Candy Store (not decided)...Madonna mentioned she was a little nervous as it was the first official playing of the music. Thankfully it was a room filled with Madonna fans who cheered after every song was played. Champagne and soda and lots of candy later, we all agreed that we felt blessed that we worked at Warner Bros. Records.

Madonna symbol of modern women

Madonna is "a symbol of modern womanhood", according to Donatella Versace.

The star, who was the face of Versace's Spring/Summer range in 2005, has been branded a "true icon" by the famous fashion designer.

Donatella said: "The word 'icon' is overused, but in the case of Madonna I believe it has some meaning. She is a true icon. She has become a symbol of modern womanhood - confident, ambitious, dynamic, constantly reinventing herself.

"In 2005 Versace was involved in a process of reinvention with me, a blonde woman, at its helm, so I thought it would be appropriate to have Madonna as the representative of the brand.

"She is also a friend of mine and my late brother Gianni so there is a sense in which she symbolised the way in which Versace was staying true to its DNA, while evolving for the 21st century."

Donatella, 52, also revealed her current celebrity muse is 'Enchanted' heartthrob Patrick Dempsey.

She told Britain's The Independent newspaper: "Patrick's charisma, which defines him both on and off screen, was what led me to choose him to represent Versace menswear. That, and his classic good looks, of course. He has a real masculinity about him."

[Rumour] Info about 4MTSTW single & video

A visitor of MadgeTribe send a link to this post in his comment. Once again, remember that this is only a rumour, nothing has been officially confirmed yet.

4 minutes to save the world will make its radio debut mid-January. Madonna also films the video during that time with Justin and Timbaland. The video will take place in an LA nightclub with tons of crazy dancers. Madonna gets lost in the club and is looking for Justin as Timbaland plays the DJ. During the lost period Madonna dances with random people as she slowly makes her way around the club to find Justin. They discover each other towards the end of the video and dance their asses off with some crazy hip-hop type of moves. Video is set to debut first week of February and the album is out in early March.

--Expect the radio version of 4 mins. to leak online next week right before radio debut.

--The new "image" will be very simplistic, urban type of clothing (jeans and sexy wear with lots of jewelry.)

Madonna, Shakira and Marilyn Monroe in the Sunsilk Super Bowl Commercial

A hair-care brand is hoping to generate some attention through a worldwide campaign that gets under way with a star-filled commercial during Super Bowl XLII on Fox on Feb. 3.
The commercial will present three famous, fabulous females - Madonna, Marilyn Monroe and Shakira - to promote the Sunsilk line of hair products sold by Unilever. The 30-second spot is scheduled for the fourth quarter of the game.

Unilever has capitalized on the female viewership during previous Super Bowls, advertising its Dove brand of skin- and hair-care products. Now it’s time for Sunsilk, which the company brought out in the United States in mid-2006, 50 years after it was introduced in its first market, the Netherlands.

"We felt like a campaign of this magnitude deserved a very big stage," Sarah Jensen, marketing director at the Unilever hair-care division in Chicago, said Monday.
The campaign carries the theme "Life can't wait" and urges women to "make your hair happen." The commercial will direct viewers to a Web site, lifecantwait.com, which is scheduled to go live on Feb. 1, where visitors will be asked to share personal stories about how they - like Madonna, Monroe and Shakira - try to live life to the fullest.

The commercial features snippets of songs associated with each star. Madonna sings "Ray of Light," Monroe sings "I Want to Be Loved By You" and Shakira sings "Whenever, Whatever."
After the spot appears in the Super Bowl, the campaign will migrate around the world, to 15 markets in Europe, Latin America and Asia. Sunsilk is sold by Unilever in about 80 countries.

New press release for A NIGHT TO BENEFIT RAISING MALAWI AND UNICEF

Here's a brand new press release for "A NIGHT TO BENEFIT RAISING MALAWI AND UNICEF" which features a few more details about the event.

Gucci and Madonna announce "A NIGHT TO BENEFIT RAISING MALAWI AND UNICEF" with special performances by Alicia Keys, Timbaland and Rihanna

NEW YORK, New York (January 17, 2008) — On February 6, 2008, the United Nations will serve as the location for an exclusive fundraising event hosted by Madonna and Gucci: A NIGHT TO BENEFIT RAISING MALAWI AND UNICEF. This unprecedented event marks the first of its kind to take place on the North Lawn of the United Nations. The event will celebrate the opening of Gucci’s New York 5th Avenue Flagship store in February 2008.

Co-chaired by Gucci’s Creative Director, Frida Giannini, the evening will be dedicated to raising funds and awareness for orphans and children made vulnerable by HIV/AIDS in Africa. Joining Madonna and Frida Giannini is a list of distinguished co-chairs, including Drew Barrymore, Adrien Brody, Arpad Busson, Salma Hayek and François-Henri Pinault, Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher, Gwyneth Paltrow, Matthew Broderick, Professor Jeffrey Sachs, Sting, as well as UNICEF Ambassadors Téa Leoni, Lucy Liu, Sarah Jessica Parker and Trudie Styler.

The evening’s program will include guest speaker Professor Jeffrey Sachs, a live auction hosted by Chris Rock and special musical performances by Alicia Keys, Timbaland and Rihanna.

The United Nations headquarters, an 18-acre site that extends from 42nd Street through 48th Street and from 1st Avenue to the East River, is international territory belonging to no one country or government. UNICEF, the United Nations Children’s Fund, was created by the United Nations General Assembly in 1946 to provide emergency food and healthcare to children in countries that had been devastated by World War II. Gucci and Madonna selected this prominent location because of its connection to UNICEF and to represent neutral ground where people of different nationalities, religions and backgrounds can come together under one impartial roof to support a global crisis that affects all nations: the HIV/AIDS pandemic.

Both together and individually, Gucci and Madonna share a history of commitment to the fight against AIDS, as well as support for orphans and children affected by HIV/AIDS. Beginning in 1997, Madonna served as Honorary Co-chair of the record-breaking Gucci fundraising event for AIDS Project Los Angeles. Gucci and Madonna have both since responded to the global circumstances of the AIDS pandemic, pursuing interests on behalf of orphans and children affected by HIV/AIDS in Africa.

Gucci has been a UNICEF corporate partner since 2004, starting with a local holiday event in Los Angeles, and growing to a global campaign in over twenty countries in 2005. The Gucci campaign supports UNICEF programs in Malawi and Mozambique, where over one million children have been orphaned by HIV/AIDS. Since 2006, Raising Malawi has been dedicated to bringing an end to the extreme poverty and hardship endured by Malawi’s one million orphans, over half of whom have been orphaned by AIDS.

A full version of the Keep the Trance demo has finally leaked. It's basically the precursor to Hey You and Get Together.

The image that made my evening:

Keep The Trance is awesome. Thanks for the link :D

Awwww, she should have kept it instead of re-working it into 'Hey You'. Then again, I don't suppose shouting 'Keep the trance' at a concert advising us all to conserve energy would have gone down too well.

I suppose it's still too early to judge but I prefer Hey You. I like the 80's raw Madonna feel to Keep The Trance though.
